Ali was very helpful.

Ali was very helpful. He assisted me from the moment I put in an inquiry online about this vehicle. From that point Ali helped me make an appointment and worked with me during my schedule change to accommodate me. I purchased this vehicle from WebExpo with Aaron ding help from Ali. I suggest you go see Ali for a seamless buying process that doesn’t take your whole day away and adds to your car buying experience.

We have been looking for a family car for awhile now.

We have been looking for a family car for awhile now. And when we saw this one I fell in love it was so unique because of the interior color. We live in Mo so we contacted Ali and he was so good at helping us explaining to us sending us pictures and videos. He got us a good deal and we were on our way to Texas! When we got there Ali greeted us and with us having two young kids showed us a place where we can hangout while my husband signed papers. It was a room with coffee,water and couches and a tv which you can watch whatever you want it was a warm atmosphere and felt like a living room where our kids felt comfortable and the owner was so kind to us and overall experience was very good and signing papers was fast and we were on the road with our new Volvo :) We are very happy with how it went and Ali was very good and helpful to us!

Terrible Experience With Mo – Broken Promises, Lies, and

Terrible Experience With Mo – Broken Promises, Lies, and Complete Avoidance If you’re thinking about working with Mo Kavianifar at Auto Web Expo of Plano, save yourself the headache. Our experience with him has been nothing but broken promises and zero accountability. We bought a 2016 Mercedes-Benz B-Class back in August. Mo promised in his own words that the cracked windshield would be replaced by the dealership. That promise was a MAJOR reason we agreed to purchase the vehicle. From that point on, it’s been nothing but games. Mo repeatedly asked us for photos of the damage, and other details. We sent everything he asked for, every single time, and he still did nothing with it. Instead, he stalled, avoided responsibility, and eventually started ignoring messages altogether. Then he tried to push it back on us, telling US to call around and get quotes for a windshield THEY promised to replace. So we did HIS job for him: Windshield + calibration quote from $2,234.53 Windshield + calibration + labor quote from Mercedes-Benz: $3,277.91 Both quotes were sent directly to Mo. He still refused to move forward, didn’t agree with the pricing, and provided no solution whatsoever. It’s unbelievable that a dealership allows a salesperson to string customers along for months, make promises at the time of sale, and then simply vanish once the deal is done. The lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and straight-up avoidance from Mo has been the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced from a dealership. Management needs to know how he treats customers once he gets the sale because this is unacceptable.

Today I bought a vehicle from Ali and I have to say it

Today I bought a vehicle from Ali and I have to say it was a great experience. Greeted me immediately with a friendly smile. He was very accommodating to all of my needs. As we were talking, Ali mentioned that he is not a car salesman but rather an advisor. He says that he helps people make informed decisions by simply being honest with them and this is genuinely how I felt. There was never a time I felt pressured to make any decisions. Was truly a great car buying experience. Would recommend.

Ali is a true gentlemen and expert in being a Partner to finding what you need. Never pushy or smug. I’ve had the worst experiences with dealerships and I was dreading this. I will be back and glad I visited this day!

I was happy with my Salesman!

I was happy with my Salesman! However he was out of town when I tried to complete the deal. There was an issue with the seat belt which was noticed when I test drove the car. After I was cleared for financing I couldn't take the car because they were waiting on a part. I'm frustrated @ this point because I made a purchase but don't have the car. The seat belt should have been fixed before they showed the car to perspective buyers. Nicole manager calling me in Vegas while on vacation to ensure all docs signed but there wasn't a sense of urgency in getting the seat belt done so when I returned I could pick up my purchase. This is very unprofessional & I hesitate to refer anyone there. Constance Thompson
