I’m glad I gave myself some time before writing this review because Ali really came through—he followed up and kept his word, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the experience. Aime, the sales manager, came across as annoyed with us, and Maryam in finance lacked basic customer service. As someone who has worked in sales and customer service for over 13 years, I know how far professionalism and a positive attitude can go. If it weren’t for Ali, my rating would definitely be much lower.
