Ali and I had our disagreements while negotiating in the beginning. After some back and forth and the help of David (store manager) we were able to come to an agreement on both sides. They were all very respectful and honest in the end! My vehicle was detailed from bumper to bumper, smelt good, looked good and felt brand new. Their inventory is vast and I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a good deal!

This is my second car purchased from this dealership, and once again I had a great experience! My first purchase was a Maserati Levante, and this time I purchased a BMW 228i for my son. Ali was very professional, helpful, and most importantly, honest throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, made everything easy and straightforward, and never made us feel pressured. I felt from the moment we began to engage, Honesty was not at the forefront of this transaction. I asked if there was any damage or noticeable issues on the exterior. The response I got via text was. “Nothing”. The vehicle was not cleaned or detailed as one would expect from this dealership. It was dirt inside and out. There were two chips in the windshield. The sales price was increased by nearly $3000 from the online price when it was time to go to financing. When I asked if they knew that was against the law, he responded back with. I’m gonna lose the deal because financing already has two other offers working on it. It was only by then that he was gracious to give me $1000 discount off of that ridiculous increase for crap that nobody wants. I have screenshots and photos of all of this. Be weary of these guys!!

Don’t let the “beautiful” customer service from this dealership fool you. We were looking at a Tesla and discovered a noticeable clicking/crunching noise coming from the right wheel when the steering wheel was turned fully to the left. The dealership told us that it was 100% a warranty issue and that Tesla would have to replace the part. They strongly encouraged us to buy the car first and assured us that the part would definitely be replaced at an official Tesla Service Center. We agreed on the condition that they would take the car to Tesla Service themselves and sell it to us only after the issue had been properly addressed. However, we later found out that they supposedly “took it” to Tesla Service, where we were told the repair could take several weeks. They also claimed that the Tesla Service Center did not find the problem, even though the noise is quite obvious. After that, they told us that we could either buy the car and take it to Tesla Service ourselves, or they could send it back to Tesla — BUT there was no guarantee that the car would still be available afterward. 😂😂😂😂 I’m attaching the VIN of this vehicle: 5YJ3E1EAXPF626009 Pay close attention to the clicking/crunching noise when the steering wheel is turned fully to the left.
