Brent has no Integrity. I made an appointment on Tuesday to see a vehicle at 8 Thursday morning. Wednesday I confirmed that appointment before I left for a 12-hour Drive. After 3 hours of driving he calls me and tells me he sold the van. Somebody stopped in and bought it even though their own website says by appointment only. This was after a committed appointment. If he has no Scruples and no integrity to honor an appointment that he made, then rest assured this follows throughout the whole buying process. Might want to look elsewhere if you are looking for a honest and trustworthy dealership.

ABOVE and BEYOND with an abundance of INTEGRITY
I found myself in a situation where the type of car I knew, loved and drove for over 20 years was no longer in production. I had NO IDEA where to start in choosing a vehicle that would compare to what I had and would also offer a few other features. I started to shop online and price compare and noticed that Alliance always kept showing up as having the greatest prices on nearly identical (or better) vehicles than were offered at other dealerships. I noticed too, in my many hours of researching cars, that those offered by Alliance are many of the top rated vehicles available out there. Because I had read so many great reviews about, and even my Credit Union's website suggested shopping at Alliance, I contacted them. I received a response from Dave and he was absolutely wonderful! I can honestly say that I have NEVER met a car salesperson who was so much about helping ME! I wrote several times asking about different types of cars, features, size, ride, engine responsiveness, etc - you name it, I probably asked! I was so clueless about any other cars out there. But Dave patiently responded to each of my emails in a very timely manner. He was always very helpful, kind and generous with his complete, thorough and knowledgeable answers to ALL my questions. During these exchanges I always felt that he truly wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me - and NEVER, EVER did I feel like he was pushing or hungry for a sale! That was SO refreshing! Another great thing I sensed from him, is that he was not BIASED towards one make or another - or those with the highest price in his inventory. In fact, he didn't even ask me how much I wanted to spend! As it was, I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Alliance, but wish that I could have! When I need another vehicle, I WILL shop Alliance again and in the meantime, I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!

Above and Beyond with an Abundance of Integrity

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Alliance doesn't handle financing nor do we sell new cars or do email marketing. Is it possible you've gotten us confused with another dealer?

The best part of all was not having to deal with annoying follow calls or emails! I shopped online and called David. I had five cars in mind and he helped narrow it down to three and we did our test drives. As the site says, "no haggle prices". I shopped around for a couple of months. There was absolutely no need to haggle, because these prices simply can't be beat! Let me put it this way, I got a cheap flight and flew up to Minneapolis, and drove my car back to Arizona and still got a great deal. Thanks Dave and Alliance!

Great Place to Buy A Car
We got a great deal from Alliance! They helped us after our other car was totaled in a car accident. I really trust these folks and I wish they had an office in Las Vegas seeing that is now where we live!!!
