Surprised

When you think of a dealerships you think of high prices and rude workers. Everyone expect the sales representatives due to the sake of the sales. I purchased an older Honda due to my primary vehicle is unreliable but i like it a lot so I keep it and deal with it. I won’t say what brand of vehicle or what dealership I normally go to however it’s local and the brand of vehicle have a rep for being not the most reliable. I took my Honda to Stockton Honda to have a recall done I received about an airbag and thought here we go have to deal with this again. However I was really surprised the person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and diddnt push anything else other than what the vehicle was there for. I purchased an oil change to go with it and we joked around about working in a dealership and that was that. While the recall was being done he was able to also get the oil change done at the same time to save me a ton of time since I had work right after. I never would’ve thought twice of buying a new Honda but to be honest this made me completely reconsider. I was treated way better then my normal dealership with much less stress and didn't feel like a hassle to take my car in like I normally do at my other vehicles dealership and I can honestly see why many people go through Stockton Honda to buy and service there vehicles.

Service department

Customer Service was great. Service writers took care of me and my vehicle. Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Large waiting area with multiple vending machines.

Making it right

I needed to have two wheel studs replaced on my Ridgeline. The service manager Jerry Cash was able to fit me in and was able to give me a discount on the work. I warned me that it could be an all day affair but I was out of there in about 2.5 hours. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Making it right

2021 Honda Accord Sport SE

My wife and I were shopping for a new car at Stockton Honda and one of the associates helped us a lot, he went by the name of Erick Mok and he was very helpful. We found the car that we really wanted and we couldn’t have done it without his help.

Great service

The tires were making some funny noise and . They were able to find the problem and solution and fixed the car at the stop. They were attentive And took a coupon making it cheaper

Honda if Stockton

I went in for an oil change. I Walk in and was greeted as soon as I parked. My oil change didn’t take long at all. It was quick and easy. Great price. The people there from the time you get there to the time you leave are super nice. Excellent customer and experience.

Ask for Alfredo! You won’t be disappointed! :)

Alfredo was our salesman. I only wish he was there the first day. Scottie was the first salesman and he was horrible. He wouldn’t listen to anything my husband and I had to say. Scottie treated us like we had less priority. He didn’t allow us to test drive the car we wanted he picked a car that was not even a option for us and when we asked him to test drive the car we wanted he said they all run the same. His exact words were you drive one Honda you’ve drove them all. He’s reaction was as if my husband and I were inconveniencing him. We arrived there at 230pm He kept disappearing on us then finally Scottie told us to come back the following day due to Honda financing being closed. We were disappointed and was unsure if Scottie was actually communicating the correct information to us as well to the people behind the scene. So agreed and he assured us he would be there at 1230 the following day to finish helping us. My husband and I arrived and come to find out Scottie wasn’t there it was his day off. So that’s how Alfredo came into the picture his customer service was above and beyond and we only wished he had him from the started. We were complaining his ear off about Scottie and Alfredo never said anything negative in response he was very apologetic for our experience with Scottie. So Alfredo thank you so much for your fantastic customer service and helping us drive off in our 2023 Honda Civic sport! Honda has always been great with us it’s just disappointing to have one bad seed in the bunch. But that will not ruin my over all experiences from Honda. Thank you again Alfredo!! You deserve a raise!!
