Carlos Sams

Great overall customer service experience, really gave me more knowledge about the vehicles and which would be best for me . Would come again with regarding to the vehicle! Only con that be at the time the dealerships AC was not working. But Mr. Sams was overall the best at what he does and making sure that i was comfortable even with the AC not well and also educating me on the models and deals that happened at the time. Great job Honda!

Service

Mark customer service was amazing I just think that the job should have been done sooner. I drop my car off at 10am and didnt get a phone call until almost 4 pm

Good shopping experience.

My sales man Rafael was helpful and had good communication skills. He didnt have all the answered to the questions I asked but he genuinely went out of the way to find out.

The person that helped me was nice and understanding. It was my first time buying a car and at first, I was super nervous but the dealer was calm and asked what I wanted in a car and how I wanted the payments.
