Car repair review, Stockton Honda

I came in without an appointment late morning of the day before the beginning of a holiday weekend. I had expected that I might not even be able to be serviced (failed battery on a lease vehicle for a warranty replacement). I was given an estimate of a three hour wait, but it actually took four. Still, better than I expected upon the failure of the battery earlier in the morning. The waiting room was comfortable with a variety of hot beverages and reasonable priced snacks from the vending machine. The service writer, Jerry Cash, gave me personal service and personally expedited the process once the repairs were complete. He also gave me a full explanation as to what had caused it to be necessary to replace the battery. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Memorial Day Holiday Friday Visit

Pull in for regular A1 service visit. It was way more busy than I had expected but the service advisor was able to get in and out in a timely manner (2hrs) and with a 4 wheel alignment. Been going to Stockton Honda (two vehicles) for year and will continue to. Thanks Stockton Honda.

Great car service!

Good timely service through agent Cash. Over 7 yrs of car service by Honda, no complains. It is pricey but worth it !!

Warranty service

Matt Jones in the service dept. handled my warranty work. I was very happy with how well he handled everything. He was very good about keeping me informed. I bought the CR-V at Lodi Honda, but will be buying from Stockton Honda next time.
