We would like to express our thanks to Tom and Rob Elliott @ RSE Auto for their integrity and upstanding character. We bought a Highlander from them this spring. After purchasing the car, there were a few issues with it that RSE took care of immediately. Later this summer, the engine seized. Even though the car was well past the expiration of the lemon law/warranty, Tom and Rob agreed immediately to split the cost of a new engine while also providing us with a free loaner car from their lot. Needless to say, we will be doing business with them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.

Your typical experience with a small dealer usually leaves you feeling exhausted, and questioning if you should have signed your name to the sales contract. Not at RSE... We had a feel for what we wanted and Rob had several vehicles ready for a test drive, all of which running great; not a single extra noise was made by these trucks. The tires on the vehicle we wanted were questionable, but Rob was more than happy to work with us on getting them switched out. At the delivery, there was no pressure to add extra warranty or gap insurance, just good information and room to make a decision. Completely the opposite of many dealerships I've dealt with that make these extras sound mandatory in order to get the vehicle. Thanks Rob and the pit crew at RSE... We are pretty much in love with our new truck, and we definitely feel good about the deal.
