I called before I came and when I arrived Matt Boutte was

I called before I came and when I arrived Matt Boutte was prepared and had the car out front ready to show me and the keys for my 2nd requested car ready too! I was treated with respect and it was such a calm and easy buying experience. Not at all like my other recent car shopping experiences. There was no pressure whatsoever trying to talk me into a car. Just mutual respect and I feel we both came out feeling good about our deal. Jeremiah in the Finance dept. was very helpful as well. He did not try to force me to buy the most expensive package of warranties, he talked to me about my needs andwe went from there. I don't feel like I was sold something I did not want or need. Iam very happy with my experience and the sales team of Bob Sight of Independence & highly recommend them!

The sales environment was not pressured and Brian Nickerson, has been a great salesman, purchased two cars with him. He's knowledgeable of the inventory of cars, helpful with keeping things in the range of pricing by knowing his information and the financing was fairly quick and painless, no pushy trying to up sale things.

Honesty.

Honesty. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. No haggling, no hidden fees. Simple and very friendly. My time was limited so almost everything was done via text and email and when I went to pick up the car almost everything was ready. I signed a few things, they went over a few things, I handed them a check and I was done. Great case buying experience.

Wonderful car buying experience

Byron was great and it was a no pressure experience like the last time I bought here, which is why I returned to buy another car here. They helped me to get exactly what I needed and wanted while staying at the price that I needed as well. Very happy with my car and the whole experience.

Bryan Nickerson was good to show my the car and work out

Bryan Nickerson was good to show my the car and work out a deal. When completing the paperwork, the finance manager, Jeremiah Bland sold me an extended warranty I did not need, and he did not tell me there was a $100 deductible each time I used the warranty. He did return my $900 warranty payment, but it was recorded on the Bill of Sales so I had to pay a $90 sales tax to transfer the title.

I have taken my car here for years.

I have taken my car here for years. It seems the customer service has gone downhill. I had an appointment this past Fri & was told it'd be 1.5 hours. I asked why, & was told they do all this stuff including a video of my car's maintenance & tires. It took 2 HOURS & NO video & a lame excuse about all these car's coming in. I said I had an appointment!! Never coming back.
