Curry Honda Yorktown

Our lease was up and i got authorization from headquarters to drop off car on a saturday- the dealership did not like this so after we dropped it off the manager we dealt with said we cannot inspect the car now so there's no guarantee that there wont be issues-- then low and behold they send me a bill for almost $700 FALSELY claiming that the car had damage in the front bumper. Total NONSENSE as the car was in mint condition nut nothing i could do but hire my own inspector pay him about $300 and still risk taking a financial loss if the dealer intentionally damaged the car. So i ended up having to pay the xxxxxxxx. never buying a honda/acura again. (Reference #1616440921- honda can trace back the xxxxxxx who scammed us with this #)

Another Civic for my daughters. Once again, the whole family was treated incredibly well by the folks at Cury Honda. Special praise to Steve Myer and John Mazzeo for making it such a pleasant experince.

Hitesh was more enthusiastic than any sales representative from any other dealership I visited. He was straight forward but I do wish there was more wiggle room on the price of the car, which doesn't necessarily fall on Hitesh as a sales representative. Overall I am happy with my purchase for other reasons beyond the price and it was a pleasure doing business with Hitesh. I will most likely visit the same dealership and request Hitesh again.

I went last Saturday to look into returning my 2020 Honda Touring CRV since my lease was up in July. I had been getting numerous solicitations to trade in my CRV. I met with Steve the Sales Manager and Hitesh the sales and lease consultant. They offered me a great deal and a week later I was driving my brand new 2023 CRV Sport Touring Hybrid. I have been dealing with Curry Honda for over 25 years. I am a loyal customer and always get great deals. This particular time I would have to say Hitesh was the best sales representative I have ever had at Curry. He was very patient in helping me get to k ow and familiarize myself with the new CRV, even after he delivered it to me. I would highly recommend these guys and Curry Honda to everyone. Once you deal with them, you will be sold for life. I have recommended several of my friends to them and everyone has always been very happy and satisfied. These are challenging times to purchase or lease cars and SUV's. Often many dealerships can seize the opportunity to maximize their profits. Not here. They are very competitive, even when they do not need to be these days.

Always feel welcome there and they do a great job of connecting with you. Always believed a good deal was eminent.
