Myron is the man! Great dealership!

Myron is the man! I honestly hate the whole car buying experience till yesterday. We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, no hassle. Great Experience!

First time shopping at this dealer and my wife and I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and professional and the office was very nice! Got a great deal on a very nice used car. I'd certainly do business with them again!

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

How many automobile dealers would take the time to gladly re-open their facility at 10:30 p.m. to meet the auto-transport carrier and help load a vehicle into the enclosed trailer? The team at Mid-Towne Auto Center (MTAC) did exactly that on a bitterly cold night, January 11, 2018. But, that's the near end of the story, so let's start at the beginning. My wife and I were looking for a low-mileage, accident-free MPV and found a creampuff 2014 FIAT 500L Lounge at Mid-Towne Auto Center. After a couple of friendly and chatty back and forth discussion with Jason (the owner - who also answers emails and the phones), we agreed on an "out the door price" that fit our budget. No other hidden costs or sneaky fees. The price we discussed was precisely the price, and Jason was upfront, honest, and cordial throughout this often-dreaded part of the process. To cinch the deal, Jason asked for a deposit via credit card, and then sent the paperwork via USPS priority mail, which we had to sign and send back, along with a cashier's check for the balance. Again - and very important - the final price that Jason quoted did not change, as there were no hidden "gotcha" line items on any of the paperwork. In the days that followed, Jason had to go out of town and I communicated with Doug and Paul, who knew exactly who I was, the car that was being purchased, and the fact that it would be transported from Ohio to North Carolina (in the middle of one of the worst winter storms, no less). While many large franchised auto dealers use the "gang" approach in handing a customer off from one employee to another, Mid-Towne Auto Center uses the TEAM approach, and the customer is always treated with respectful consideration. Never once did I feel our phone conversations were rushed - Jason, Doug, and Paul always had time for me and not once did they ever put me on hold or said "I'm busy with another customer...let me call you back." Because of the horrible winter weather, arranging for an enclosed transport took a bit longer than expected. Doug assured me that there was no super-hot hurry to get the newly-purchased car off their lot, and only asked that I provide frequent updates, which was reasonable. At last, a transporter was located near Chicago and the car was quickly made ready for its trip to North Carolina - FULL tank of fuel, both sets of keys/remotes, owners manual confirmed in glovebox, legal paperwork organized and neatly tucked into an envelope and, finally, 45-day temporary plate validated and affixed. Overall, it was perhaps the best car buying experience ever, and the MTAC Team did a wonderful job. The car then went on an overnight journey and, 500 miles later, was delivered in front of our house. My wife and I are so pleased with our purchase from Mid-Towne Auto Center, and would not hesitate to give them 5-stars plus.

Great Find!

I searched in a 200 mile radius for the best deal and value of a particular vehicle. MTAC had one available, at a great price I was comfortable with and better than anticipated features. The service was friendly, competent and honest throughout the process. They offered a set, no haggle price for the vehicle, which turned out to be lower than the current Blue Book Value. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience or professional service MTAC provided. I will definitely return in the near future for my next purchase of a vehicle.

purchased a Honda Pilot

I have been looking to trade in my car for a few months and found Mid Towne Auto Center from Carguru. I had contacted them and told them I was interested in the HONDA PILOT. The Sales Team was not pushy and I did not feel overwelmed by calls or emails...I went to test drive the car and loved it!! Thank you to Doug and Jason for making it happen !!!

What a place to go ! My experience at this dealer has to be the best I've had and I've made alot of purchases over the years. Pressure absolutely none, they make you feel welcome and allow you the time to look around and not be breathing over your back. Your free to walk the lot. Would I buy again you bet yah.

Worth the drive from KY

My dad was a used car sales manager for 30 years. I?ve spent a lot of time around car dealers... some genuine and some not. Brad and the guys at Midtowne are where it?s at! Their honest, no-pressure approach is how buying should be. They even got me a better rate on financing than my own bank. So worth the 50 minute drive from KY. Thanks guys!

Unreal inventory

Just amazed that this place has this kind of like new vehicle and salesmen that don't hound you and work off individual commisions. Total Hidden Secret here, so hopefully I can let the car out of the bag for this place. I can't believe there's actually a place to find all super nice low miles cars and no harrassment. Then on top of all, these guys work together to get you in and out in less than an hour. Home Run! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This place will be our only stop. Great cars and great people. Unreal!
