I recently purchase a 10 year old vehicle, that had very low miles. The SUV was very clean, and mechanically sound. The sales person was very helpful with all my questions, and made the buying process easy, and without any pressure. They had a large selection of late model cars also, but I was looking for and older model with low miles. I would buy from this dealer again.

Was looking for a certain vehicle they had it in stock incredible condition. They were very courteous and very fare on the price of the vehicle. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. And I was in and out of there with my new vehicle very quickly. Would highly recommend them for anybody else when looking for a quality car or truck. All vehicles on the lot were of high quality and good price.

Let me start off by saying that Brad, Jason, and the rest of the employees of Mid-Towne Auto Center are amazing! I found my new truck online, and from the very first email I sent asking about it, they were extremely easy to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I can say that without a doubt, I will continue to do business with MTAC with all my future purchases. Brad did everything he could do to get me a great rate, and to do everything he could to make my experience a great one. From washing and waxing my truck TWICE, to making sure that there were new tires put on the truck way before I got to the dealership. There was no pushing me to buy things I didn't need or want, but he also made sure that I had everything I needed. I will be telling everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to check them out. Dear Mid-Towne Auto Center and its employees, Sept. 29, 2016 After a long search and dealing with the sharks at larger car dealers for a good used Tahoe I came across Mid-Town Auto Center on autotrader.com. I emailed the dealer and within minutes received a call from Jason the owner’s son. He was very polite and answered all my questions and was not aggressive toward selling the Tahoe I was interested in. He even offered to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule if I wanted to see the vehicle. The next evening when I arrived on the lot they had the Tahoe pulled up to the front door and Doug, another salesmen greeted us. Again they did not try to sell the vehicle, they answered our questions, let us take a test drive and when we pointed out a small issue, they addressed it right away, which was something on the seat. They were very patient with my wife and I. We had a lot of questions. Doug went inside and grabbed a DVD for us to try out the DVD player to make sure we were comfortable with everything working. As a frugal couple we were very hesitant to spend $31,000.00 on a used vehicle. A lot of used car dealers have the reputation of pulling one over on the customer. In recent years, as a police officer, I had arrested a couple for doing just that. So we were very nervous of the purchase. The Tahoe seemed like a great deal and as we sat with Doug going over the numbers my wife observed a small sailboat next to the desk with the scripture, “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6. The hesitation and worry about making the right decision was eased. Before acknowledging the scripture on the ship, Doug gave us a history of the dealership and how he came to work there. He informed us how the dealership and its family are built on faith and he turned away the job more than once, due to the reputation of some car salesman. He explained that the owner does not put up with dishonesty and there was no room for it in their family. They also have a team approach so there is no competition among salesmen to get customers and most importantly the owner has the rule of closed on Sundays for family and church time. I felt that was very important because most dealerships the customer is like prey being circled by a bunch of predators. The atmosphere at this dealership was welcoming and it was noticed as soon as you met your first employee. Even the service technician was super polite when we pointed out that small issue and immediately corrected the problem. As we closed the deal Doug mentioned the extended warranty we could purchase but again did not push it to make an extra dollar. He expressed they want customers to come back, tell their friends and to have an image of trust. Doug, Jason and the others at this dealership sold me on honesty and trust and they had a high quality inventory. Knowing, I could make it 5 miles down the road and the engine could blow and with no warranty, I suffer a major loss. I was confident the vehicle was well serviced and don’t anticipate having any issues with the vehicle. Looking back on my experience at Mid-Towne Auto, I truly believe that I was directed their by god and looking back on my search I can see the signs he gave me. I could have paid more at a larger dealership, but it would have pushed our financial limits. When I tried to broker a deal at the larger dealership and they kept pushing back with a higher price, I knew it was time to move on. My first sign. I began my search again and found the Tahoe at Mid-Towne Auto and everything fell in place. I think he gives us signs everyday but it’s up to us to pay attention and look for them. He is always there in a time of trouble and will “…Make your paths straight”. That little boat on the table sailed away our worry and I felt we made a good purchase. I would definitely look there for my next purchase. To Doug, Jason and the rest of the family, thank you for your honesty, patience and the friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Great selection of excellent quality used cars with low mileage. Friendly staff and very open and honest. Brad is very knowledgeable and I felt like I knew him for years. Would definitely buy from here again.

Went to go look at a car with my wife. End up leaving with a car. Jason and the others at Mid-Towne Auto Center was hand down awesome to deal with. Jason answered all of our question. Took the time to make sure we felt comfortable about buying a car. The cars at Mid-Towne Auto are very nice cars, with low miles and a very reasonable prices. The car we bought was $2,000 less than another car lot, with less miles. Only thing different was the color. Will buy next time for sure....

My husband and I just purchased a 2012 GMC pkup from Mid-town Auto Sales. The salesman, Jason, was easy to work with and let us take our time in deciding. No pressure, yet fair pricing. I don't like car shopping, but this ended up more pleasant than I thought.
