My service experience was exceptional. Everything was thoroughly explained so I could make an informed decision. Also, Tanya Kemper was an absolute delight to speak with. I?m not at the point to upgrade, but when I am, it will be because of her warm sales pitch and awesome personality!!!

Bryant Hall's Exceptional Service

I would like to give Service manager Bryant Hall, an EXCEPTIONAL RATING for the excellent service provided me at Heritage VW! I was a distraught elderly woman, when I thought my car had some kind of computer breakdown and he professionally calmed me and made me feel I was in good hands and I would pleased with Heritage service. I'm recommending Bryant Hall at VW Heritage to my friends and family.

I was well taken care of from the time I got out of my car, Until I got back in after the service. Tanya took me to the showroom to see the new Tiguan & she was very informative about the cars features. I was introduced to a salesman who was kind & talked about his reasons to buy from Heritage. I will be calling on Dustin to buy a new Tiguan sometime toward the middle of 2018.

Tonya was very friendly at all times. She took her time to ask questions related to my service needs. And also about any future purchases. Ended up looking at another vehicle that I have in mind to buy on the near future.

Wasted Saturdays

I purchased a certified car from Heritage in July 2016. While driving it home braking became irregular and freightening. When I returned it for service I was told that the rotors had rusted while it was parked at the dealership. They corrected this issue. One year later, I scheduled my annual service appointment. I informed them that I needed a duplicate key fob and malfunfunctioning head light repair at the time of service. I was informed that they had the head light in stock and that I needed to pay for the key fob in advance, so I did. At the service time I was informed that the key fob they had was defective and the headlight they had would not work. During the nex week I was informed that the parts were in and that I could return for the repairs on Saturday. This time I was informed that the headlight was not the problem but that it needed a ballast and that the key fob was still defective. The next week the headlight was repaired but the key fob was still not working. This past Tuesday Robert informed me that the "Correct key fob had been received and that I could come in Saturday" as usual. After arriving there this morning at 7:50 am I asked for Robert and I was informed that he no longer worked there. And I was informed that without an appointment I could expect to have to wait until late afternoon or Monday for them to program the new fob, no guarantees. Do I need to say I am disappointed and frustrated by Heritage?

I love ms. Tonya I walked in thinking I wasn't going to get me a new car that I wanted. And she actually made it happened. And also Rufus helped me out a lot too I would recommend anybody who wants a brand new car to go there.
