Eskridge Lexus is great.
Eskridge Lexus is great. My service representative the last 2 years has been Omar. Omar is very professional , knowledgeable, and helpful. Omar explains in detail what service I need as well as the cost of that service. In addition , I also appreciate Justin, the Lexus master technician who has inspected my car the last several years. The video he sends of the various aspects of the inspection is VERY helpful and greatly appreciated. The waiting area is lovely and very comfortable. We love the assortment of complimentary beverages and snacks that are available to us if we choose to wait for our vehicle. Thank you so much for making car service so great! Thank you also for the complimentary car wash! Kelsey was the scheduler for the service appointment and was very helpful.
