We had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car from Bill Wilson earlier this week. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless for us. He also went above and beyond by listening to our needs and making sure we were able to view and experience each and every car that was of interest...he was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed in our decision making process. Bill knew everything there was to know about the Q7, inside and out. He gave us an in-depth tutorial and we were very appreciative of all of his efforts. Great experience with Bill and the team there.

Outstanding service from Ken Lewis Brought in my Audi

Outstanding service from Ken Lewis Brought in my Audi A5 with an MMI issue not covered under the CPO warranty. Ken listened to my concerns and went above and beyond by approving the repair at no cost. I was even provided a complimentary loaner car. This is truly the best Audi dealership in the Chicago area — honest, professional, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Each time I have visited, I have been promptly greeted

Each time I have visited, I have been promptly greeted and had someone help me. I appreciate this because it is still very common for dealerships to ignore women who enter on their own and that actually lost a dealership down the road business. Everyone I worked with through the buying process was personable and did not give off any "salesmen" vibes, for lack of a better term. A particular shout out to Yoram, who worked with me each time I came in and made the process go very smoothly and was very easy to get along with to the point it felt like chatting with a friend and if you work with him, remind him it is time to adopt a dog! Fringe benefits - dealership has gelato and gorgeous fresh flowers. I would recommend the dealership and working with Yoram to friends and family, even though I didn't get to be driven around in the fancy golf cart... and no, there's no kick back for saying that but I wouldn't be opposed!
