Took 1 and half hours for a scheduled oil change.
Took 1 and half hours for a scheduled oil change. Waiting room was dirty, look like ashes all over tables. Disappointed visit, i will not go back.

took too long. Two hours waiting to start. Two hours to align and oil change. Total of 4 hours is too long. I like the dealetship, but they need to get their act together.

The customer service is excellent. Erica went above and beyond to help us. Ultimately they were not able to complete the repairs due to being able to get a harness. It is no longer available, so I am stuck with a broken door.
