They added a data storage fee and supply/disposal charge that totaled more than the agreed upon service cost. Be aware they add junk charges and fees, they removed them when I saw what they had done. Won't be going back, avoid them they are dishonest.

I just purchased my new Chevy Traverse from Gregg Young Chevrolet in Omaha, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! My salesperson, Mike Quattrocchi, was absolutely awesome—professional, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me. He made the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. A big shout-out as well to Andy, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He surprised me with an amazing free lunch voucher to the Corvette Café, which sits right inside the dealership—how cool is that? From the great customer service to the friendly atmosphere and the extra touches that made me feel appreciated, this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Gregg Young Chevrolet Omaha, and especially Mike Quattrocchi—ask for him when you go in!

My experience up front was ok with Ernie. Problem is the communication between the sales and finance depts. Thier GY Cert and GY Plan were not fully explained. Thus, NOT giving ALL the info needed on these products. Long story short, buy your own protection program. Gregg Young Chevrolet has a Very low approval rate at 2.1. Buy a car somewhere else. I would like to advise my sales guy to work for a real car dealer. He deserves better than Gregg Young.

Not the worst dealership I’ve been in… But definitely far from the best. Very far….. If you’re interested in a sales process from 1995 that takes multiple hours even when you walk in knowing the exact vehicle you want (including the stock number) and don’t even negotiate price this is the place for you. Who has time to waste 3 hours in a single financial transaction? This transaction was cash…. So you can’t even blame the finance decision. Everything from the warranty info on a laminated sheet that was previously photocopied 800 times to the old “let me talk to the manager” trick was seriously outdated. I suppose if you are 65 and up and looking to join the rest of the retirees in corvettes club you may love it but for 90% of the buying population we expect better…… it’s 2025

The agent and service was good. The only issue I had was the recommendation of cabin and air filter both for 140.00. That seemed excessive to me and I purchased on Amazon for 33.00 and installed in less than 10 minutes.
