As a full-time student, I was originally apprehensive about the prices I’d face at the dealership. After calling several well-known repair shops, I finally contacted Marie at Chevy to get a quote. Chevy actually had the best price! I also feel more comfortable having my Chevy actually serviced by Chevy. I felt like I was in great hands with Marie because she openly communicated my repair needs and even worked with me on a repair schedule that fits my finances. I have my third & final appointment in 2 weeks— all of which have been handled by Marie. I also want to commend the entire office. The service area is organized, the waiting area is clean, the staff is friendly, and my wait is never too long. I love how deals are celebrated over the PA! I work in sales & can appreciate the work culture your team has established. Please keep up the great work!

Had a really comfortable car buying experience. Got in the Silverado that I actually wanted with all the bells and whistles. Phil and Troy together were honest and extremely helpful. They listened to my wants and needs which I didn’t get at other places. I hope they both are reading this. I want to express to whomever is reading this that you can come here and be taken care of. This place has the worse customer service I have ever seen or experienced. The service director and assistant service manager are crude, heartless, incompassionate. We paid close to $4,000 for work and diagnostic testing, just to have the check engine light to come back on a few days after the repairs were completed. And when were able to take the vehicle back within a couple of weeks, they still wanted to charge for additional codes that magically appeared. They refused to honor the warranty and expected us to pay more. Once again, they are awful!!! Buyer beware, the service is horrible!
