I started my search at a different Chevy dealer, and it began as a nightmare!! I was talking with people about my experience and they suggested to go to RHC Duluth. And I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience! My sales guy Nick went over the top, found a way to get me into a new vehicle and get me out of my current car (which I had $8k in negative equity!!!) highly recommend! Ask for Nick in sales. Great communication, no pushy sales tactics (which I hate), easiest buying experience I’ve ever had!

This was my fourth time searching for a car at this dealer. Each time I had a different sales person, but each time I purchased a vehicle. My experience this week ended the same way. My sales person, Nick Jean-Gilles was as good as the other three who really listened to my needs and likes and my financial situation. He immediately found the right vehicle with the bells and whistles I wanted and immediately got a financial manager (Sedrick Baker) to work with me to see if I could afford what I wanted. I am always uncomfortable with signing immediately on the dotted line when committing my self to large financial obligations. They worked with me to give me time to feel comfortable to handle the new debt. Twice I have had to purchase a vehicle in a short time due to my cars being a total loss. This dealership either great staff or trains well. If I need a car, I will be back.

Car salesman, Trey Bledsoe, was amazing with helping me reach my new car buying experience. Honestly I wasn’t as prepared as I needed to be, but he literally went above and beyond expectations to make me feel like a satisfied buyer. Thank you for everything that you do.
