Dishonest Company

When I received the title via mail for a car purchased through Rick Hendrick's, I noticed it said "Bonded Title". This means the car can never be re-sold without a huge discount. Bonded titles indicate the car could have been stolen at one time.So I contacted Rick Hendricks and told them they should have disclosed this information at the time I purchased the car. They agreed to purchase the car back but I would lose $7,000. This dealership proved to be dishonest and I am looking into legal action.

2018 Silverado

I do love my 2018 Chevrolet sliverado that Travis sold me I appreciate him for taking care of me of getting me a truck thank you rick hendricks !

#frustrated

I sent an inquiry over online, spoke to a salesman and explained what I needed. The salesman assured me that they help people in my situation all the time. I reluctantly filled out a credit application. Not even 10 minutes later I get a call from a lady from the dealership asking me about my experience, then 2 minutes later I got another call from a manager from the dealership and explained everything all over again. Again, he told me to come in and they could help also assuring me that they weren't going to waste my time. I sent a text to the initial salesman and he told me that I was pre-approved and to come in. When I got to the dealership, I was passed off to another salesman and asked to explain what I needed again. I did AGAIN, only to be told that they couldn't help me by another person who I guess was also a manager. I could understand not being able to help, it was just the way it was done. It was unprofessional and lacked customer service and sensitivity. I'm familiar with the car buying process and how I was treated is not how it should be done. I drove almost an hour in traffic to come to the dealership to be told something that could've easily been a phone conversation of the initial salesperson had just taken out the time INITIALLY. I only came because I got 2 more calls back to back and after 3 phone conversations of communication, I thought there was a reason for me to come. I wish I hadn't wasted gas and time to be treated like this.
