We will be happy to refer him to others. He made sure we were where we wanted to be payment wise and didnt try to force us into something that we did not want and could not afford.

John Morris was my Salesman at RICK HENDRICK CHEVY located in DulUth, GA.----He gave me his total assistance from the moment I walked into the dealership. I knew immediately that he was going to be able to work with me in helping me to purchase a new car. He was totally hands on during the process, and within approximately an hour, the deal was made. After taking me to my new 2014 Chevy Cruz, John, showed me and my son, all the neat features to the car, and was most efficient in demonstrating how each worked. I purchased my second automobile from Garrison Majors earlier this month. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I will procrastinate purchasing an automobile because I dread the entire process of purchasing an automobile. I called Mr. Majors and told him what I was looking for. He called me the next day and told me he thought he found the perfect auto that matched my criteria. The next day, I went and test drove it. I returned that night and purchased the automobile. The process took less than an hour. My husband and I were so please. I will recommend Mr. Majors to all my friends and family. I appreciate him taking the time to make me feel he was really "working" for me. Great Service!

Brenda Bryan is the best!!! My mom and sister came there to tratrade in the cruze that they purchase last year from Hendrick. My mom said that this was the best experience she ever had with a sales person. Not only did she traded in her car for a new one but Brenda got them 2 new cars. She also got them something to eat because they have been there for a few hours. I have never had a sales person feed me before. Keep up the good work!!

This was an absolute waste of my time. I shook hands with a sales manager "fleet Manager" and said I we had a deal. Filled out the paper work and was approved. Was called that evening by the salesman and could not return for a day due to him not being there. We arranged a meeting for the following morning and when I arrived he informed me that the truck was sold! I had an employee spend at least 10 man hours on this search and of course my time. Some young sales manager met with me and said there was nothing he could do everyone was looking at me like deer in headlights. There was no professionalism expressed during this whole ordeal. I have owned and operated a successful flooring business for over 25 years. If I or my team would have treated any of our clients we would be out of business... What a joke! This is the first of many reviews I am writing to inform the customer of what a screwed up place Rick Hendrix Duluth is!
