I had a really bad experience with this dealer.
I had a really bad experience with this dealer. The finance Manager, was excellent, but the general rating of the dealer is bad. They sold me a 2017 Audi S3 with the engine and transmission mounts collapsed and the car has problems with the air conditioner. I told them and even took the vehicle in, they received it and simply did not check anything and kept the vehicle for a whole day. The ironic thing is that they knew about the air conditioning problem, because we agreed that they would fix it at no cost, but they never did and now I have to spend extra money on repairs, even though I bought a vehicle from a certified and reputable dealership. To be honest, I feel ripped off!

Came in for recall service, Jeff was a great service advisor, recall was performed quickly and they gave me a ride to nearby shopping while I waited. Great service overall.
