Hasani was the best!

Hasani was the best!!! After looking and for a month we finally came across a Nissan Kicks and he actually cared about what we wanted and gave us the best deal and stayed with us way after hours to help us close the deal! We will definitely be back!

While sales rep was nice, the financial manager who

While sales rep was nice, the financial manager who happens to be the son of the owner was quite rude and arrogant. After we test drove and took a used Toyota Camry to a pre-purchase inspection, he questioned the 3rd party mechanic’s notes on where the car was missing proper maintenance. Why would the mechanic lie? There was no contract that we would have to take that car to that specific mechanic after purchase. He is also not willing to negotiate considering the car’s problems, especially on a non-luxury car that has been sitting in the lot for several months. Doc fee is $1,000 as of 09/2025, and while for a luxury used car that can be understandable, that is an absurd fee for again, a non-luxury used Toyota Camry. Why have a car like a Camry if your “niche” is “Luxury Cars” then? Keep driving down the street, there are a ton of the other dealers on this road that are more compassionate and more willing to negotiate than this place.

IF I CANT RATE 0 STARS I WOULD DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I WAS SOLD A CAR WITH A BLOWN HEAD GASKET, THEY REFUSED TO GIV ME ANY CAR MAINTENANCE RECORDS EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT IVE HAD THE CAR FOR 60 DAYS CURRENTLY CANT DRIVE, & I STARTED MY LAWSUIT SAVE THE HEADACHE THEY DONT CARE, CARE WAS SOLD WITH DRY ROTTED TIRES (OWNER KNEW AND TOLD ME IT WASNT LIFE THREATNING TOLD ME TO PAY FOR NEW TIRES AND PUT THEY WILL PUT THEM ON BUT WHY SELL IT WHEN ITS DRY ROTTED AND NOT TELL ME , I HAD ME 3 KIDS WITH ME THIS IS CRAZY OH AND NO OIL WAS IN THE TRUCK, HEAD GASKET BLOWN NONE OF WHICH WAS SAID IN THE DEALER DESCRIPTION, OWNER YAZAN SCREENED ALL CALLS AND EMAILS I HAVE PROOF, QUENTIN HELPED ME AND LIED ABOUT THE CAR BEING OKAY THEY STARTED THE CAR IN THE BACK BEFORE THE CAR WAS PULLED UP AND I WAS UNABLE TO SEE ALL THE SMOKE THAT CAME OUT THE CAR, ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON A WEEK AFTER ME BUYING WORST EXPERIENCE EVEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR STUCK WITH A CAR THAT I CANT MOVE THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND THEY LIE EVERYTIME I CALL I CANT GET A HOLD OF YAZAN, HE CLAIMS HE OFFERED TO FIX IT AND I BROUGHT IT IN AND THEY NEVER DID HE TOLD ME HE WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A RECIEPT FOR A PART THAT WAS ORDERED, BUT THAT DOESNT SHOW WHATS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE OR IF THAT PART EVEN MADE IT TO MY CAR, IVE EMAILED 6 TIMES AND CALLED WAY MORE AND STILL HAVE NOT EVEN GOT THAT, SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, IM READY FOR THEM TO RESPOND BECAUSE I HAVE EVERYTHING TO BACK UP MY CLAIM, EMAILS AND RECORDED PHONE CALLS AND ALL YOU GUYS ARE SNAKES WHO PREY ON THE INNOCENT.

I purchased an Alfa Romeo from this dealership.

I purchased an Alfa Romeo from this dealership. All went extremely smoothly. Being that I don't live in Atlanta, I had my daughter who does test drive it for me. The car is nice. I always add a bumper to bumper warranty with my used vehicles. My only complaint was I have never purchased a car and the dealer did not give me a full tank of gas.

I purchases my car 3 weeks ago and today I got a battery

I purchases my car 3 weeks ago and today I got a battery warning light on my dashboard. I proceed to purchase a new battery for $287.00 only for the light to return within 30mins. At this time to take my car to repair shop only to be told that the alternator is red hot, missing bolts and other electrical problems and it would cost $2000 to repair. I call Amazing(Horrible) Luxury Cars and the service technician was not compassionate and insensitive asking that I bring the car back when I'm more than 300 miles away(SC). Hey offered $250.00 to assist with repairs but that was an insult considering I traded in a perfectly good car, gave them a check for 30k and now I'm left with a $2000 bill. I'll be contacting an attorney! Buyer beware of this dealership.

Buyer beware of who you purchase a car from

Purchas a truck from luxury cars of atlanta in Snellville paid $16,500 cash by me not knowing to ask for car fax I did notice the sellsman mention that there will not be no deals on price, well I did notice that this truck had some mentor repairs on it but had to later trade it in because I only had it just 7 months before the engine gave me problem which cost me $2500 2013 ram truck 5.7 hemi engine sucks, once I traded in the truck the new dealership saw that this truck had been in serval accidents in which the value of it wasn't the best price, it only value at $9000, so if you are looking to buy a vehicle from Luxury cars of atlanta ask to see the real car fax or write down the vin number to make sure what the blue book value is and look for how many times that vehicle has been sold. Also i had to learn this from my mistake don't purchase a car with them without doing a deal if they refuse to do a deal walk away.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

RUNNNNN!!!!! Purchasing a vehicle with them is like HIGHWAY ROBBERY. They take your money but refuse to solve any issue with the vehicle. 2 months after purchasing a vehicle and they still can’t fix it or trade it or ntn. These people DO NOT CARE!!!!
