Great Experience!

I came to the Anderson Lexus store to look for a used vehicle and Chris and Ben really went the extra mile to get me in a very nice vehicle. I highly recommend seeing Chris if you're in the market for a car he is a real straight shooter.

great experience and great car!

I was very impressed at the ease of buying a new car at Anderson Toyota. I was greeted at the door by Ryan and Ricky who eased my nervousness. Ryan showed me cars that I was interested in, plus others he thought met my needs even better. I am very pleased with my decision of a 2018 Camry!

I am 65 years old and have dealt with a lot of dealerships.

Our salesman ( Jim Wang) was very professional and friendly. He helped my wife find what she wanted and was very informative on every car we looked at and drove. Once we purchased and picked up my wife's car , Jim went over it with us ( which had so many bells and whistles that we were overwhelmed) and told us we could personally call him if we had problems. The customer service at Anderson Toyota and Lexus of Rockford was above and beyond any dealership I have dealt with in the past. GOOD JOB

Great Experience at Anderson

My Husband and I knew what we were basically looking for, but Salesman Al Smith located the minivan and worked out all the details. He really made the process easy as did Ben in finance. We love our car and appreciated the excellent service!! The kids were even given cookies and kept happy! Thanks for everything, Mark and Pam Rhodes.

we were greated by jeff spies. Jeff helped us find exactly what we wanted and very quickly! He helped me with all of the questions I had for operation so that I was perfectly comfortable to drive away with my new Highlander.

Two awesome cars

I was in The Anderson Toyota Dealership for service on my 13 Prius. I saw Jeff Klock, who I hadn't seen in 30+ years. I told him I wanted to buy a new camry, but love the 4runner, Long story short, I said if he could work two deals and keep me under a payment of our agreed amount. He counsoled me on leasing one and financing the camry at 0% for 72. Jeff blew me away with the idea of two new for 2 trades. So I left behind my 13 prius at 412.00 amonth and traded in an old 07 jeep on the other deal. left 2 old cars behind for 2 new vehicle at a combined payment of 640s.00 Then Jeff also brought one of my cars back for me to Beloit. Bought 2 cars in one day from my friend and salesman Jeff Klock. Just giving a second shout out for 2 cars. Love your service and thanks for paying my service bill in the deal. Found my Diamond in the rough

Jim Wang and I have been great friends for many many years. He has always had a passion for cars. I always knew that if and when I was ready for a new vehicle I knew where to go when the time was right. Jim and the team at Anderson were amazing! Couldn't be happier!

New 4Runner!

Dave Gilmore was fantastic to work with! Super friendly and made the whole process a pleasure -- not to mention extremely courteous, as well! Very knowledgeable on the options and specs. Knew the inventory and the features of the 4Runner. I would absolutely purchase from him again. Everything was quick, fun, and easy. The dealership had my car 10 days sooner than predicted. So happy working with everyone here! Would easily recommend to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
