We have three Toyota's that we service at Anderson Toyota. We were looking for a lightly used Lexus RX 350 as our next car. Steve Anderson did a great job showing us the various options we should consider in the new Lexus 2015 and 2016's but we wanted to stay with a pre driven RX 350. He found it for us! Great job Steve! Buying experience was very good. The salesperson Andy was very knowledgeable and not pushy in answering questions about the car. Negotiation with Troy was a reasonable process that worked out to a number that worked for both of us. Open to working with customers on trade-ins and warranty coverage.

I come back to Al Smith also because every time I come in for an oil change he makes a effort to come over to see how you are doing and how the car is running. I have never had such great customer service buying a care other than from Al Smith!!!
