I made an appointment for a recall 2 weeks in advance asking how long the recall would take I was told 30 minutes. My car never moved for the first 30 minutes then I waited another hour before I finally went to ask what was going on with my car. I was told oh your car has been done. I had told the person when I checked in I was waiting but he never put it on my paper. I will never use them again. An hour and half for a 30 minute repair is unacceptable.

Found the truck I was looking for on the Internet I called and spoke with Charlie asked for some information about the truck he called me back in about a half an hour with the information i had asked for and faxed me a copy of the car fax. Drove down that afternoon to see the truck, drove it and worked out our trade in about an hour and was on my way back home. Got a great deal on a good clean truck with no pressure. I recommend them very highly they are very laid back and very helpful. So if u call ask for Charlie Deaton he is great to help you with your new vehicle .
