I enjoyed working with the sales representative. He was responsive and knew a lot about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I was not happy with the finance dept who kept me waiting for 25 minutes to sign the final paperwork even though I paid cash and did not finance the vehicle.

Zero stars! I have been a customer for 20+ years and that ends today! They charged me for a service that they never actually completed and refuse to make it right. It is clear that they do not care about the safety or well being of their customers, they only care about stealing their money. I am very disappointed in the quality of service in the past 2-3years.

Michael Carlisle is a great sales associate and we always enjoy working with him. We have never felt pressured to purchase anything we didn’t want. We have felt they have been honest with us with all our questions as well as guiding us for or against something we may not have thought of. Any vehicle issues we have have run into the service department was quick to help. I’m sure we will be back again when it’s time for another vehicle.
