I have purchased many cars in the past, this is the very first time I experienced a hassle free, pleasant and courteous encounter with no pressure. Pierre was more than nice, he was very resourceful and made sure I was satisfied. I was impressed when Pierre called a week later to assure that everything was ok and if I had any questions. I enjoy my 2015 S class Mercedes-Benz. From now on I will only buy from Oliver Leasing & Sales.

After a frustrating week of dealing with different dealerships and the normal routine. It was refreshing to find Oliver Sales & Leasing. Upon viewing the vehicle, it was MORE than what I expected. It was immaculate! Pierre was very accommodating. The car buying process was hassle free and everything went smoothly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYOND . Contacted dealer , flew in from Maryland state ,the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold, the dealer stated " I will sale you another vehicle of your choice for the same asking price ". I ended up purchasing a vehicle with more options and better mileage . Pierre was extremely respectful and patient . I highly recommend this dealer. 2/22/2017

I went in today and they were close the owner was actually washing his car but he took the time to educate me on this particular car and was very honest I will go back tomorrow to finalize the deal

I asked for a very simple transaction. I have no trade in and am paying true cash. I requested a total cash price and a Car Fax Report over a week ago......and I'm STILL waiting for the info. This dealer doesn't seem interested in selling a car.

Emailed asking about a specific vehicle. Response was "Yes, call for details." Asked for car fax (free car fax offered on website). No response!

I was looking for an Audi a4 and Oliver Sales and Leasing had the perfect one. The car was in excellent condition. Pierre was amazing and showed us all the details of the car and the carfax. He was very patient and gave us an amazing deal without any pressure. A special thanks to Jose as well for being very kind and helpful when picking up the car. I purchase a 2012 Mercedes S550 from Oliver sales and leasing, and could not be happier with the way I was treated throughout the complete process. I purchased the car unseen and had it delivered to my home in Charlotte North Carolina, and the car was immaculate.
