Outstanding Experience
I stopped by North Coast Auto to see an advertised vehicle I thought my wife would be interested in. Instead, my attention shifted to a creampuff '99 Subaru Impreza with 32K miles that would make an excellent first car for our son. James was friendly, open, sincere and honest as we finalized a deal and took delivery shortly thereafter. About 6 weeks later, while purchasing winter tires, I asked our mechanic to look over the entire car. He gave it the "thumbs-up", except for one issue - a corrosion defect in the right front control arm, part of the suspension assembly. Even though control arms are not part of the North Coast used car warranty, James agreed with me that this defect could not have developed in just 6 weeks. He therefore agreed to pay apprx $300 to have it replaced by our mechanic here in Webster, making it even more convenient to get the car quickly repaired and safe again. This high level of customer service and genuine desire for customer satisfaction is rare and represents high integrity. Needless to say, I would certainly buy another vehicle from North Coast in the future and would recommend the dealership to any friend. Thanks, James, for a terrific experience.

Smooth Process
Buying a used car from North Coast Auto was great, they had one of the best deals around for the car I was looking for and they made the entire process very easy. Great customer service, easy to work with. They explained everything you needed to know in detail, no tricks. They do everything to make sure the car you buy is in good shape before selling it. I felt really comfortable buying a used car from them. Definitely a place I would recommend to others!

Best Car Buying Experience of my life...so far
I am a 20 year old living in rochester ny. i had been looking for a new car for MONTHS! i had done my reasearch on NCAB before i had gone there and i couldnt tell you in enough words how pleased i was with my experience there. James is absolutely wonderful and did a great job helping me find a new car. They took my old beater and got me into a 2009 Ford Fusion and i couldnt be happier. Great Buisness. Great People. I plan on going back there for my car needs again.

Great auto purchase experience
Four years ago when I needed to purchase a 4 wheel drive truck my daughter who lives in Greece recommended North Coast Auto Brokers to me as she had just purchased a Chevy Tahoe from James and was very pleased with the experience. So, I drove 200 miles and found that they had the perfect Dodge Dakota on their lot. The Dakota was VERY low miles and in showroom condition. James priced it right, took care of all the financing and DMV stuff and the truck went home with me to the Adirondacks. Last week my wife told me she needed a new crossover SUV to navigate the Adirondack winters, so off to North Coast we went, found a PERFECT, LIKE NEW, Hyundai Santa Fe. Once again James made me a deal I couldn't refuse, arranged everything and I drove it home. This vehicle is as good or better than our Lexus RX. James is the most honest dealer you will find anywhere. No pressure and his word is golden. He wants his customers to be pleased and does whatever is required to make that happen. He makes car buying almost too easy. I am recommending North Coast to everyone I know who is shopping for a high quality used vehicle and an even higher quality buying experience. I know I'll be back!

North Coast Auto brokers- my name is Steven M Worrall. My wife and I were looking for a used van and I had bought a Car for North Coast auto some 13 years ago. I moved out of state and have since returned to the Rochester Ny area and we needed a new car as we are expecting triplets. We decide we would look at vans and North Coast. James and the staff at North Coast did a great job of finding us the van we needed and could afford. They worked with us on the finance side of things to get prices where we could afford. Several months after we received and had been driving the van we found out that the AC in the van was not working. James and the people at North Coast were generous and assisted us in getting the AC fixed. Thank you James for doing the right thing and for that reason I feel like you can trust the good people at North Coast auto brokers.

Replacement Vehicle
I first found North Coast Auto online (via Cars.com). I found a vehicle I was interested in and when I stopped to look, I was immediately greeted with a smile and no pressure. James is very easy to talk to and is very concerned his customers get great service and all the information to make a buying decision. I would recommend them to friends.

Amazing buying experience
Had been shopping for a truck for 4 weeks when I stumbled on their dealership in Greece. I decided to take a chance and stop in. I was greeted by James and told him what I was looking for. He showed me a truck that just came in.( perfect timing for me ) . I drove it and it ran perfect. Now the tough part, I asked him how much and if they offered financing. He showed me the Kelly Blue and it was way below retail. I asked for a car fax which he presented . I told him I was going to finance through my credit union and he took the time to actually beat there rate. Wow! Thank-you! He offered me an extended warranty, did all my insurance, DMV stuff which I hate doing, and 2 hours later I drove off in my new truck. Wasn't expecting it to happen that fast! Great customer service, very friendly, and didn't hide anything or try and push me into something I didn't want like the other dealerships I visited. He said his family has been in the business for over 50 years and it shows. Hard to find places that actually care about the customer these days, plan on recommending them to my friends and family. thank-you James!! Love my truck!!

Very Disappointing
Terrible customer service. I was trying to inquire about a specific vehicle and was told over and over that my phone call would be returned by James - over and over I heard nothing. He was always with a customer or not in or some other story. He seemed to be avoiding me like I was a bill collector and rather was a customer with my own funds. This experience was discouraging but was worth it to me because it saved me the headache that would have surely followed suit if I had made a purchase. If they treat me like this when I had the money, how would I have been treated after passing it over?

Happy Customer
I originally stopped into North Coast for a car I saw on the internet. After talking to James, we figured out I could not afford the monthly payments. Eventually we found a car that I could afford and was also easy on gas. I got approved very quickly and was driving my car the next day! The thing i enjoyed the most was how honest everyone was and I felt no pressure to buy from them. So far I have had zero issues with the car and would recommend them to anybody.

Best Experience Ever!
I do not like car shopping because I always feel pressured and uncomfortable with salespeople. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. We had been shopping for a month or so and visited several places, but on a whim ended up here and wished we had started here at Northcoast. James was extremely professional, we felt totally at ease with him and he made the buying, trade-in, and paperwork processes go so smoothly, I felt as if we didn't even have to do anything but drive off the lot. He was willing to work within our budget, stayed late to accommodate our late arrival, took care of everything to transfer everything and we truly felt like he cared about us. His father (the owner) was also extremely friendly and happy to help in any way. This was the easiest and quickest purchase we've ever made and we are thrilled with the quality and value of our new car. I cannot reccommend this place enough!
