After many years with an old beat up Malibu, it was time for me to buy my first new car. I was nervous at first going through the buying process with the dealership, but from start to finish, Kyle made the process easy and painless! And now with a fresh start, I can drive anywhere I'd like!

I've had very good experiences with Findlay over the

I've had very good experiences with Findlay over the years, but this was the best ever! Now, at the end of the model year, I needed a hybrid Rav4 with certain features inside and out. Nathan Gessell was superb at seeking out the right vehicle for me, even helping me switch at the last minute to a vehicle just coming available that was a better fit and deal for me. Amiable and calm on the surface, Nathan is a hardworking, well informed salesman who goes the extra mile to help a customer get the best deal and vehicle for them. He stayed in touch throughout the search, and promptly answered any questions. Thank you so much! Kudos also to Will in Finance. He ended my day with great attention to detail in a friednly manner that put me at ease.

I went to test drive a Camry hybrid and met Hegon Reyes.

I went to test drive a Camry hybrid and met Hegon Reyes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After the test drive, I found myself with a new Camry hybrid thanks to Hegon. He goes above and beyond in customer service in many ways. Before I could even think about how I was going to get my new car home (80 miles away), Hegon offered to personally drive it there and have a colleague bring him back. This was awesome and unbelievable. Hegon is the best! I would recommend him to my friends. Findlay Toyota was great during the whole process, the paperwork was easy and I will definitely return.

He suggested we reserve it, easy process, and then kept us informed of it's status until it was in. Price and build were exactly as stated on website and Kyle C. had just about everything ready for the sale. The process with Kyle C. and Findlay Toyota was hassle-free and when our family is in the market for another Toyota we know who and where to go.
