Fabulous Experience

My sales person, Alfonso M was patient, knowledgeable, had a great personality and was willing to help me get exactly what I wanted . I felt like I was treated with respect and got a good price for my new RAV4. I had gone to another dealership prior to that and was turned off by the junky looking lot which felt chaotic. Cherokee was organized and quiet and I appreciated the atmosphere they created. I would go there again and I would highly recommend Al.

Jack's military background makes him an excellent choice for a career in sales! He is respectful and knowledgable without being pushy or phony. He made the selection and buying experience pleasant.

Changed my perception of Toyota Dealerships.

Several months ago, I was in the market for a new car, to replace a 2016 Sonata. I went to another dealer, Marietta Toyota. The experiences was horrible. They inflated the cost of the new car with a lots of 'worthless' crap on the addendum sticker. Then they 'lowballed' the trade-in value of my trade-in, by almost $3K, which I told them ahead of the time, had been appraised by both Carvana and Carmax. It made me dubious about dealing with any other Toyota dealers. Thank goodness, I took a chance. I had a different need for a good used car, with a manual transmission. Cherokee County Toyota had a Mazda 6-year 2015. When I inquired initially, I was told it was already sold. Fortunately, Damian, a sales rep. corrected that mistake, saying it was still available. We negotiated the price over several days, and on the last day of November, I reached my number. When I came for the test drive, another salesman, happily showed me the car and took me out for a run, even though the sale would not be his. He gave me all the time I needed to visually evaluate the vehicle. So when I revisit getting a 'new' car, I will give him an opportunity. I'm skeptical of buying used cars, but I was assured in email, that they would take it back, if I found any major issues mechanically with it. As for delivery, it was quick and fast. The FI manager, did try to entice me to look at that generic warranty stuff, but he did not push the issue when I said, NO! So that is another point. I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes, at the most. Last of all, they are true to their advertisement. They only charge you the price of the car, the sales tax, a tag and title fee of about $43. That's it. So you can trust these guys, based on the results that I got. In many other dealers, this is kind of what your buyer's order looks like. 16,000 - negotiated price 1,280 - tax 699 - dealer fee (worthless, it only becomes valid if you let a dealer charge it to you) 756 - tinted windows, nitrogen inflated tires, security etching, pinstripes etc -all garbage Sometimes they will have the $699 or higher dealer fee (pre-printed) on the buyer's order. They will tell you things like "Well, it is already pre-printed so we have to charge it", or "If we don't charge it to you, then that means we will have to make an exception for everybody". It is all bogus, unless you fall for it. GOOD THING about Cherokee County Toyota, they don't do any of this crap. They sell you a vehicle, the way you buy a TV. This is the price, this is the tax, and have "A Nice Day". Oh one last thing, I took the Mazda to Rick Case Mazda, and they said it was in excellent condition. Boo-yah.

Frank Anderson

Happy with my purchase at Cherokee County. Shopped numerous N. Atlanta/N.GA dealers and by far this dealer had the most straight forward pricing. I have been servicing my older Toyota here and I have found value and honesty every visit. A true gem in a sea of avg. dealers.

Service for car that ended up buying a new one

I was there for scheduled maintenance and ended up getting a new RAV4. The whole experience was fantastic. I didn’t one with any money but they let me return the next day with all the stuff from the turn in car plus money for the new car. They found me a great car that meets my needs at a price I can handle.
