Maita Subaru

This was my first service at Maita Subaru. I took my 2019 Subaru Forester in for a six months checkup. I went to the wrong end of the building and two very patient employees guided me around the building then escorted me inside.

Outstanding customer service! The best I have ever experienced! I purchased my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid there as well, also outstanding customer service!

I moved to Sacramento from SF about 6 months ago, and I have been to Maita Subaru a couple of times already. All service specialists I have encountered are very polite, helpful, and efficient. The service is outstanding. I am not in need of purchasing a new car any time soon, but when I do, I would definitely go back to Maita Subaru.

Excellent customer service! The moment I pulled into the service department lane I was greeted by a service tech. He handled the paperwork promptly and whisked my car away for the oil change. Huge waiting room with all the drinks and snacks to keep anyone happy! Was a quick in and out, always a pleasure!

I always get excellent service when I bring my car in for maintenance.

Jacob had a smile on his face as he greeted me. After he had asked me what brought me in today, he proceeded to make some notes and then walked to the building and held open the door for me. He typed and printed the forms to began service on my vehicle. After I signed a form he gave me a copy and pleasantly said to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. The wait area is spacious and is stocked with complementary bottled water and snacks. However, if a person wants refreshments from the vending machines, there is a large selection of drinks and snacks. The service my vehicle needed was completed under the time frame Jacob stated. I had a question about using my phone to get maps displayed on the screen (I got a new phone) and Jacob was able to assist me with it. He was very pleasant and seemed happy to assist me and afterwards asked if I had any more questions. Jacob is a gem for you to have on your staff. Thank you, Jacob keep up the great service. ✌️

I HAVE DRIVEN NOTHING BUT SUBARUS SINCE 1978. I TRIED ANOTHER DEALER BEFORE RETURNING TO MAITA. AND DEALT WITH A GREAT SALESMAN AND OTHER, SIMETIMES FAMILIAR PEOPLE I HAD DEALT WITH IN THE PAST. I AM NOW THE VERY PLEASED OWBNER OF A 2022 CROSSTREK.

Finance was efficient and I really liked the service department. I came in for a minor fix and they were so nice and helpful.

They are terrific: Great service, fair prices, nice people. I have been with them ever since we moved to Sacramento, and we mean to stick with them Looking forward to our first electric car!
