I was have a problem with my volkswagon tiguan. I carried it Moffitt Volkswagon in Bossier LA. I found it was the best service I have ever had at a car dealership. They repaired my vehicle and wound up there was no charge for the repairs. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was so polite. They repaired my vehicle in a speedy fashion

30 days to replace a clutch.
30 days to replace a clutch....after 22 days they did supply a loaner...3 grand (I won't be doing business with them again)

My experience with family VW was incredible, both Vanessa
My experience with family VW was incredible, both Vanessa and Ethan were very patient with me as this was my first vehicle purchase and went above and beyond to explain things to me and make sure I made the right choice. Would definitely recommend and will be going to them with all my future vehicle needs.

Shameful service
Car began having problems. Unable to be serviced until January due to lack of technicians, so I was told. Once there, they seemed unable to pinpoint the problem even tho I gave very specific descriptions. I have extended warranty, but this still cost me about $500. But, of course the issue was not resolved. Took car back a few weeks ago with same problem. They thought they had it figured out ... But NOT. At least I didn't have to pay anything this time. In case you wonder what the problem with my car is...it abruptly looses power, on interstate, crossing busy streets, it doesn't matter. Last week after my car lost power as I was crossing Benton Rd. I drove again to the dealership. Was given all kinds of promises about what they would do... Guess what! I get there today, my sales rep was not there, didn't answer her phone, the staff that was there was extremely uncaring. They couldn't have cared less. The only person who tried to help was Whitney. The rest were shamefully nonchalant about the whole issue. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Moffitt VW . I love my car(when it works). I wish I could talk to someone in there is cares about their customers. I would welcome a call back like I usually get after service calls. But, I doubt that that will happen.

Worst Volkswagen dealership I’ve ever used
Worst Volkswagen dealership I have ever used or talked to. Absolutely no customer service and very rude. I’m going to start using the dealership in Texas and rather drive there over an hour

Don’t buy Tiguan
I have to wait almost two months to get hatch to open. Never buy a Tiguan. It has so many problems. The car is just a lemon and if I have a flat I can’t even get to my spare tire. In my opinion that is a safety concern. It’s hard to get appointments without waiting forever. Seems like VW has a lot of problems when the waiting list is months away for a service problem. So that should tell anyone about VW’s. Just run to another kind of vehicle.

wouldnt buy again
They have no follow up to check on your car. Everything owed was handled verbaly but salesperson and even susan moffit have refuse to contact me. I cant even get a title clerck to contact me about my tag. Do yourself a favor and save the frustrastion.

Sales over service
Poor quality sales staff training and a feeling of we don't need your business drove my business over to another dealer. The fact that any business owner can afford to keep staff like these on the payroll with competition as stiff as it is in the modern car market amazes me. If you want to film flam your way to a new car and pay more this is the place for you.

VW Jetta
Purchased a new Jetta. The buying process was not that bad. The service after the sell is what I am disappointed with. The dealership is old, the aiting rooms accomidates 6 or so people, and the shuttle driver is an old man that I fear riding with. The dealership across the street is worse. They sell Porsche, Audi, and Mazda, yet have an old building that looks less valuable than 1 of their high end vehicles. A serious update is needed. Not only with look of dealership, but staff of technicians and shuttle driver.
