Great Car, Inconsistent Service
I recently bought a 2012 Acura MDX from Rite Cars. Jeff was very helpful, and the staff was supportive of the sale (even though they had to stay hours past closing). My first concern was that the listed price was ONLY with their financing (at a higher rate, of course), and this wasn't noted online. I continued the process, and they agreed to replace the tires since they were in bad shape. There was very poor communication for a few weeks (couldn't get any knowledgeable person on the phone and, no one would call back). In the end, Jeff apologized and was able to wrap things up well. I love the car, and I'm ultimately happy very with my purchase.

Not worth the time
Increased price when financing through your own bank, when we tried financing through them, monthly payment they were saying didn't come close to what we calculated using the interest rate they were giving. The sales person was very friendly though.

Salesman Chris
I cannot thank Chris enough for finding my family such an affordable NEW car at such a low, manageable cost. It seemed like an impossible task with our credit being so poor.. but Chris pulled every string he could and worked until he got us into the perfect plan. We are now driving a beautiful 2011 Chevy Malibu and cannot thank Chris enough for the help and time spent. Buying a new car is scary and stressful.. but as soon as we stepped onto the lot and met Chris, all the stresses and doubt went away. gimmicks and fineprint.
it states no gimicks and fine print, but says in the same fine print it shows a price in which they assume 1500 downpayment. so its really the price + this downpayment they pulled out of thin air.

bad experience
With the exception of a few workers they aren't forth coming. Its just push papers in your face, sign here,tell you pay for motor vehicle fees to pay only to find that it never went to registration it went to down payment.. call back and they won't return your phone call. I would never recommend them to anyone as I was about to.

I Highly Recommend Rite Cars
