Everything needs improvement.

Everything needs improvement. I bought 2022 carnival. The sliding door kept opening after a recall was issued. They wouldn’t give me a rental and I had to beg to have them even look at it!!! I couldn’t imagine having my grandchildren sitting in that second row and the door opening. I would never do business there again. Mr Rosen said he would call me back after investigation and I’ve never heard back! I lost out on over $9,000. Very difficult and upsetting but left the car there!!! No resolution. At least I know my grandkids will be safe in another vehicle. Not a carnival!

Very disappointed in service and response! This was a brand new 2022 carnival that I lost so much money on! I was out over $9,000! I was told I would get a call back from Mr. Rosen after investigation. Never did. The sliding door was immediate danger for anyone who sat in the second row. It opened on the express way 11 times!!! After I had the recall done, it did it again a month latter!!! I left the car there!! Hopefully no one else will be in danger from this lemon!!!

Awesome and amazing service from all employees at Nissan Rosen. Johnny got us into a brand new Nissan Kicks. By the way we love it. He went above and beyond to help us. Thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Started little rough with sales department but to my surprise they ended up doing the right thing to keep me as a customer as this was my 2nd purchase from them. Very impressed by that to say the least. Highly recommend Rosen for your purchase if you are looking for a place that actually does care about their customers!

Trust them as far as you can throw them!

Got totally screwed over by the service department. I will never ever buy a Nissan. BTW- just do a search on all the recalls Nissans have. It's a real eye opener.

Horrible business. They bugged me to come in to an appointment. Guaranteed I would get a car after I told them my credit is low and I had 500 down. Do not do business with them they are liars and shiesty

Bought a 2019 rogue

Recently my wife and I purchased a 2019 Rogue from Rosen Nissan and were very satisfied on how we were treated. Greg Silvers was the young man that helped us and were very satisfied with his knowledge of the product and the importance of what we were looking for in this vehicle. Greg was aware we were driving other vehicles also but always made sure he had a vehicle waiting for us when we were coming down to test drive. I don’t think you can go wrong with Greg and Rosen Nissan when looking for a car
