The dealership for me has provided excellent customer service. Technician Cliff Williams customer service skill rates excellent and is second to none. Scheduling service appointments has truly been stress free and the care of my care has been so professional.

Salesman George S. was knowledgeable and courteous, was enjoyable buying experience, much appreciated. This is our first Audi and was a good start to joining the Audi family. We enjoyed buying locally and Gerald Jones is a good Dealership.

Sales Manager was very rude. She ripped the sales paper out my hand when I asked to see it one last time. (We couldnt agree price so we were leaving.) She also told us since we couldnt afford the vehicle we were looking at then we should get a cheaper car. Little did she know we were just trying to negotiate, we would have eventually paid more than we said. However we took our business to another dealership after she was so rude.

The hospitality is always A+ at this dealership The service department is excellent and always professional. I wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else for service.
