Michael Lambert and Chris provided excellent service this past Saturday, but the next day we realized that our new SUV had scratches and we returned it to the dealership this past Monday for service.

Since our Volvo was bought Saturday, April 15th late and we had to take it back on April 17th because of scratches, I expect and it’s only fair to prorate our next payment for the days that we were deprived from using it until it is finally repaired.

I had a horrific experience with this dealer buying a 2022 GMC AT4. Within 600 miles the truck had check engine light come on. They told me "The tank was full of gas". I let this marinate for about 3 days before I challenged the idea and they charged me over $800 to drain the tank. There was no way I put 25 gallons of gas in a diesel truck and was able to drive, home to palm beach, then to fort Lauderdale, then back home to palm beach, before the check engine light came on on my ride into work that Monday. After this statement they changed their wording to "smelled like sulfates". It took them two weeks for this diagnostic and repair. I got the truck back and 400 miles later check engine light comes on again with the same exact codes. This time they said it was the def filter and pump. Replaced it. Again 2 weeks for a diagnostic and repair. A 3rd time the check engine light came on same exact codes. Corporate was of no help and I wasn't about to drive another rental around after buying a $60,000 truck and paying $5000 over MSRP so I traded the truck in with the check engine light on for a Toyota. The GMC had 2200 miles on it at trade in. I still get the onstar report and whatever was broke on it the Toyota techs figured it out I guess. The truck now has 7000 miles on it roughly a year later and onstar tells me the truck is in good health. 6 weeks of ownership I possessed the truck for maybe 2 weeks, and those days were t consecutive, or together. I lost probably close to $20k of equity dealing with there incompetents.
