Does good quality work but isn’t always the quickest and needed a extra 1/2 of day to complete the service.

The personnel understood my concern, addressed the issue and made constructive recommendations which I am currently considering.

My service was quick, well communicated, and pleasant. I also had time to sit in the waiting area, which was great.

Incredibly warm customer service. Austin and Jim in sales helped me get my CR-V. AC was running warm and they didn’t let me leave with anything less than a fully functioning compressor. Very glad to have that replaced. Good selection of cars at reasonable prices, though I had my eyes set on only one :) I will definitely check with them first when it comes to buying the next car. Thank you all! BTW, loved the conversation we had when waiting for finances to go through. You guys are hilarious.

I have no complaints—I encounter a young woman is the building next to the subaru service center who went out of her way to help me when I got confused. The people in the Subaru center were certainly not unpleasant but they were not in a hurry to greet me. I also thought the service was very expensive, especially since I wasn’t offered a car wash. Maybe your dealership never did that but I seem to recall that from previous visits. I know I felt better served in the past.

As always the service was timely and efficient. They've been taking care of my vehicles for over 25 years. They are helpful, honest and willing to work with you on any issue whether major or minor.

Call in not answer right away . Service isn’t professional feeling confident or liked. Just done their job.

This service was arranged to repair things that weren’t wrong before the last service. Now I have another $950 estimate to repair things that weren’t broken before they worked on the car!

Highly professional staff, especially Garret in Sales. From the time I found the car online, through the test drive and delivery inspection, this was probably the best car buying experience I've had in many years. The Finance team arranged financing at a very competitive rate. I can highly recommend my Import dealer group.

My Auto Import Center provided fast, friendly, accurate service. They communicate well with customers and treat me like family when I need work done on my car. Their prices are fair and they are transparent in their communications. Highly recommend.
