First time will never go again, received coupons in the mail for services when I went to pay prices were way more than my discounts. Plus a fee to pay with a debit card is outrageous. I pay less plus with an air filter exchange somewhere else than what yall charged me. Overall my first experience was horrible and will not be doing my business there at all.

Mazda dealership has been in my life for the last 15-20 yrs and has never had any issues. Service has always been excellent from the time of purchasing the new vehicles to when vehicle brought in for maintenance service.

Average, at best! Employees seem to have no motivation. You walk in and usually there's no one to help you. In spite of being a repete customer, it's like starting from scratch.

They lied to my 83 year old father, promised things they could not deliver. Added charges after I left, and had the audacity to allow some of their thug sales people to flip me off as I was leaving.

Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot.
Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot. Dealership is great, only negative point is $4000+ charge for warranties which doesn’t make any sense and kind of rip off. Its not upto to sales guys or managers to remove those, thats on management. Otherwise once numbers are decided process is pretty smooth and quick. Finance is pretty quick also.
