I'm a returning customer that was returning to purchase a new Lexus and trade in a my old one. Previous experience was great 3-4 years ago but not this time . The sales guy was arrogant and inconsiderate. Made as come back 2 different days from over 1hr away only to find out that he could not finalize the deal because his finance guy had to leave early. Also told as that they are selling the cars so fast that their inflated prices over MSRP are none negotiable. We ended up driving to Butler Lexus of South Atlanta in Union. Got the exact car we wanted for great deal and amazing service. All in one afternoon. It was like a night and day difference from the treatment we got in Macon Lexus dealership.

I called and spoke with Jason Nelson, he made the process of buying this vehicle 7 hrs away a breeze. The car was delivered to my door, paperwork signed and the car was in excellent condition.
