I didn't have an appointment and stopped by. Not only did I get courteous and friendly welcome from the receptionist, my service guy, David Bushing, was exceptional as always. He provided a quick and friendly write up, and ensured me that I would be taken care of with the same level of service that I always receive. David is truly a major part of the reason I service my vehicle at this location. One of a kind service from the best dealer in South Florida. Kudos to David and the service team.

Huge gap between sales and service office. Service took forever, they overcharge don't refund , you have to fight and get aggravated for everything . After 8 years BMW lost my family's business. Just spoke to manager who couldn't wait for me to leave his office. I though he didn't speak any English, that was the impression he gave me.

Great experience at this dealer. Flew in from Tampa, was picked up by Colin Hew at the airport and treated very well the entirety of my stay. I was not hassled even though I had to purchase a car in order to get back the 4 hours to Tampa. They also threw in brand new floor mats and a BMW shirt with the purchase of my used 328i.

I have purchased over 15 new cars and this my first BMW. Your staff was extremely professional (Enrique Moncada and Phil) and not pushy. Went in to purchase a new 528i to replace my 335i going off lease. Non pressure sale, not a lot of haggle in, met price from another dealer for the car I wanted.
