Stopped here last weekend and experienced unprofessional customer service. Had to wait a while before the first sales representative came out to help us. Funny thing was we were the only customers there at that time. It shouldn't have taken that long. When asked to test drive one of the vehicles, the rep said that all his vehicles are in good condition and if we weren't going to buy it, we couldn't test drive it. Bought a car from them many years before and all i do is keep taking it back to the shop for new repairs. And they call this "good condition," hmmmm. Coming from a highly experience sales background, this was one of the most horrible unpleasent customer service any should have received. A place like this does not deserve any customers.

I'm sorry that your experience was anything less then you had the first time. Unlike the new car dealerships we don't jump people the second they hit the lot. Our customer base seems to prefer that type of sales. The Tacoma was under contract (as you were told) so driving someone else's truck was not an option. I'm very sorry that you were treaded unprofessionally. If you buy another vehicle I will double your warranty to make up for this experience. Mike Tripi
No slick salesman here ..
I just purchased a Honda Pilot from M & M Motors. I had been looking for more than a month. The Pilot has one of the best ratings by the Consumer Reports Used Car Buying Guide and because of that fact demand is high and supply is limited. I was frustrated that the other dealers in the area were using that fact to inflate prices on the Pilot. M & Ms prices were the best I found and in line with the prices listed in Consumer Reports. As a woman car shopping can be difficult and frustrating, at one dealership I was actually asked how I felt about the color, cup holders and vanity mirrors. Who cares! I want a solid, dependable vehicle with a strong independent 3rd party rating for reliability and value. And a sales person who helps - not insults me with fluff type questions. M & M is a family owned business and I was helped by one of the owners, Mike. He was very nice without being salesman slick. He was genuine, helpful and friendly (and if you knew me you would be totally surprised that I could say that about a used car salesman, bias or not used car sales people are not my favorite people). He showed me what to look at on the paperwork to identify a problem vehicle. He showed me how to check the vehicle itself and what red flags to look for and watch out for. He was happy to let me take the car to my mechanic for an independent used car inspection. The dealers I had previously visited wanted me to write the contract, pay for the car and only then could I have it inspected (talk about sales pressure tactics). My mechanic found a minor issue with the Pilot which M & M was happy to fix at no cost. If you are looking for a reliable used car and want a pleasant, no pressure, low key, laid back car buying experience M & M Motors is the place for you. Thank you M & M.
