Very patient and helpful with every step of the process. I forgot some things in the car I traded in and they held onto them for me. I got them back nicely taped together and labeled with my name.

Quick and simple. I spent a lot of time researching the car I wanted before contacting the dealership, so when I contacted them I knew what I wanted. They had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Test drive to completion of paperwork and driving away in my new car took less than an hour. Would definitely consider Nyhus for next vehicle purchase.

Didn't like customer service when I cancel my extended warranty. Had to figure out on my own. Tried leaving message for process but no one returned call. I had to call warranty company who then sent me form to process cancelation.

Leighton and Jon were excellent to deal with. They were courteous, understanding of first-time car-buying nervousness, and personable when discussing things you're unsure about. I rated it 4 stars because I had an issue with the brakes on my drive home and had to leave it in a town 40 miles away for repairs. Nyhus took the problem very seriously and took care of the repairs at our local shop making the process so much less stressful. A week after I purchased the car, it is now ready; I am glad to drive the car of my dreams and satisfied with the customer service and support the team made with me to help this come true!
