I saw a car I liked on line and sent in a contact request right away(Thursday). Got a call from Matthew that same day. I told him I'd like to come down and look at the car but, he said it needed to be detailed first and he would call or text me when it was ready. I told him okay and that I had some of the cash for the purchase but, would have to come up with the rest. He suggested financing options but, I made arrangements on my own. So I waited a couple days for him to contact me, since he had said they were busy. I even texted him (Saturday) to see how the detailing was going. He said it was about 1/4 done and would get back to me on Monday. On Monday Matthew texted me and told me his father unexpectedly sold the car without his knowledge. This is not the way to do business!

Comfortable and excellent car-buying experience. Most important is I felt they were trustworthy. They were friendly and there was no pressure. Car I chose was in excellent condition with low mileage.

After researching the cars and prices, and reading reviews, we chose Tim Traycik's dealership. We dealt with Matt, Tim's son, who was knowledgable and very pleasant and spent a great deal of time explaining all the features of the car to us. The price was more than fair, no haggling, the price is what it is. I inadvertently forgot my checkbook and Tim and his wife actually followed us home (which was about an hour away) so I could get my checkbook and finalize the deal for my car. Who does that? Tim Traychik does! Definitely would go back again!

I drove 5 hours to get my car I saw online and it was absolutely worth the drive! Tim was easy to keep in touch with and answered all my questions with no pressure or haggling and their prices are great! Clean facility and well kept cars. Once again, Tim Traycik motors went above and beyond all of our expectations in the recent purchase of our 2018 Sorento. 6 years ago we purchased a Camry from Tim and Matt, and were always satisfied, so we knew someday we would definitely keep their dealership at the top of our list for our next purchase. All of their vehicles are so incredibly clean in all aspects, whether visually or mechanically. Their vehicles are also kept inside out of harsh weather conditions while they wait for a new home. Lastly, I would say the very best part of buying a car from Tim is the relaxing, stress free environment there, not normally encountered at other dealers. Fair and honest are two words so often overused by others as just lip service, but Tim Traycik Motors lives it on a daily basis.

Cars are all kept inside. All the vehicles we looked at were clean and well cared for. We came in during off hours but they arranged to meet us. The buying experience was clean and ultimately smooth!
