Absolutely the Worst Dealership Experience – Stay Away from Lithia of Great Falls I made the mistake of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel from Lithia of Great Falls, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was led to believe that "Certified Pre-Owned" actually meant the vehicle was inspected, reliable, and worth the inflated price I paid. Instead, I drove off the lot in a lemon. Almost immediately after taking it home, the problems started: Broken bolts on the exhaust manifold A broken antenna (still not fixed) An AC system that smells like a locker room full of moldy gym socks And the list just keeps growing... When I went back and told them I wanted out of the truck, they basically shrugged it off. Their "solution"? Lease a new truck and absorb the negative equity. Are you kidding me?! I had JUST bought the truck from them! This isn’t just negligence—it’s borderline deception. They sold me a vehicle as “certified” that clearly wasn’t properly inspected or maintained. I expected some integrity, but all I got was a sales and finance team that clearly only care about closing deals and ignoring customers the moment they drive off the lot. The only redeeming part of this dealership is the service department, who’ve at least treated me professionally and tried to help. But as for sales and finance? Avoid them at all costs. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity—do not do business with Lithia of Great Falls.

Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here!!! They try to sell you services not needed, they tell you your service is covered under warrenty, then replace parts not covered by a warrenty and charge you without letting you know first. Then when questioned about the charge they just say "that happens", and make you pay. It's a big scam! Had the same part on the otherside of car done in a different shop and the warrenty fully covered it at no extra cost. Don't trust Lithia in Great Falls, MT.
