I was extremely disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed. They did not do what they said they were going to do when I called and made the appointment. They said it would take only an hour at the most. I was there probably an hour and a half. And I would have taken the complimentary service to the the mall. But she told me it would be probably less than an hour. The most disappointing is my tires were not rotated and they were supposed to be rotated and my whole car check because I was going on a trip.

All was good as always.

All was good as always. My rating was based upon finding out they no longer carry nitrogen for tires. I am a firm believer that nitrogen vs air is better for the wear/tear of the tire. In the 5 yrs of owning my CRV, the low pressure light came on three times: 1. Nail in tire 2. Battery died 3. Rotation of tires Pls bring back the nitrogen service.

They did not reset my oil light indicator and had to turn
