Do not get a car from this place. They sold my wife a 2013 Audi A4 Quattro Premium 2.0T that the water pump was bad in for $5,000 and they put stop leak or something in it so we wouldn't notice until it was too late, now we have to pay $1,800 to $3,200 to get it fixed. Didn't last 3 days

100% recommend this place!!! Working with Alonzo Horn lll, was the best car buying experiences, I've ever had. Spent a lot of the day trying to find a car that suited me. And he was patient and helped all along the way. His suggestions and advice were top-notch. Couldn't be happier!!!

Went to test drive a 2013 Toyota RAV4. Car was the filthiest car I've ever test driven. Dead battery, I get that. Salesman said he would text back to discuss "a la carte" fixing all the things wrong with the car. He never texted back. Went home, refreshed the ad - he raised the price of the vehicle $1000+. Tell me you don't want my business without telling me you don't want it.

Waste of time. Asked if it was mechanically sound before driving across the state to look at it and salesman assured me it was great. They did not report any of the damage that was on the car. Which included a broken mirror, radio completely doesn't work and dials are broke, dents ALL over the car and so much more. They left mud all inside and under the car, old tools, trash, and legal documents from the previous business that sold them the vehicle including their employee handbook. But the worse part was is they lie about mechanical issues. Was told they only had a spark plug issue but after the test drive it wouldn't start again. Mechanic came out and diagnosed it but the way he spoke to the salesman I could clearly tell this was the first time the mechanic had ever looked at this vehicle and they had been lying to me. Needed a whole new starter. This place is selling lemons!

Been looking and looking for my first Tesla EV. I spoke to Jake on the phone a few times. But Jake was off on the day I could come out. So, Jake had me meet with Alonzo what a great experience. I felt like I got a great deal but almost as important to me a great client experience! No back in forth just a deal that was good for all parties! P

This is the worst worst company i have ever encountered in my entire life. Me and my dad recently went and bought me a car. The car was sold to us without any inspection without our knowledge which led to me driving to cincinnati in the dark with no back lights almost causing multiple accidents. There were a couple things that needed fix, we were told to make an “appointment” once the parts arrived and it would take 2 hours max. That appointment led to 24 hours with no communication at all and my car was left with oil fingerprints throughout the car. We are extremely disappointed with our entire experience with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone else. Communication throughout the company and customers is horrendous. It is extremely obvious this place as zero structure and tells you what you want to hear.

I never heard anything back from them and I was really hoping that we could make a deal on the car
