Great Sales Person
Jim MacDonald was extremely informative and patient with me. He never pushed and did not bug me regarding purchasing/leasing a car. I had never leased so I had many many questions. I first contacted Jim in August 2015. I knew I wanted the CRV EX in white/beige. He went out of his way to find me one in white. Since the supply was limited and that was the only color I wanted, he suggested that I wait for the 2016. I was not in a hurry and agreed. I had also contacted another dealership and felt extremely pressured into making a decision when I was not ready to do so. I contacted my credit union (121 Financial) and was told to see Jim at Lucas.--he was the best! And he was. I picked up the 2016 CRV EX in white/beige on Veteran's Day. I will pay it forward and recommend others to see Jim at Lucas!

Outstanding !!!
The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. From check-in with John, Steve, Scott, Tracy or Mike, my issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. All the mechanics and assistants are extremely helpful in dealing with the problems and solving them quickly. Checking out is almost as pleasant, but the gals always want money............ but all kidding aside...... This is a wonderful dealership, would HIGHLY recommend them !!!!!! Babs

I wanted to make sure all my lease maintenance had been complete, I thought I would be having things done that would cost a fortune. I only needed an oil change, and I was out in probably 30 minutes! Great service! Thank you!

My new Accord
I just purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring model from Lucas Honda of Jacksonville. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and knowledgable and I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the dealership. This is my 2nd new vehicle from them. The first one I bought is why I decided to buy my new Accord. The service techs and advisors are all very friendly and take very good care of my vehicle. I highly recommend Lucas Honda.

Problem identified and work completed overnight
I recently had a significant electrical problem with my 5 year old Honda Odyssey. I got to the dealership before the car completely died. After assessment by the team, they identified the alternator had gone bad and the battery had a bad cell. In addition, they noted that my tire tread was extremely worn and dangerous. They were very professional in identifying the problem and were able to acquire the parts overnight. They were not able to provide me transportation, however, and thus I had to acquire my own wheels while the car waited to be repaired. I waited until the end of the day and ultimately had to call the dealership to see if the work was completed. Of course they told me it had "just" been done.....I got there and paid bill. I went straight to vehicle and had to go back in for help as I couldn't open sliding doors. It was a simple error in that the on/off switch had somehow been changed. The service tech only came and discussed with me after I went back in to get help.
