Toby was very patient with us and willing to answer our questions. He is very congenial and helped us make the purchase of our CR-V a pleasant experience. Toby also said we could call him any time if we had difficulty operating any of the high tech features on the new Hondas. I suggest that Superior Honda keep him around at least another 15 years!

Their service reps and sales people have been nothing but kind and helpful. I would recommend Superior Honda to anyone. They are so great to work with, 100% better than Honda Cars of Bellevue. They are a typical dealer playing dealer games. Salesman was no different than any salesman we have dealt with. On our first tire rotation we had an awful vibration coming from the front. Tire shop advised the tires originally on the back were 2 years older than the ones on front and placed back there so we wouldn’t notice the vibration.

I was disappointed in Superior Honda. Since 2012 I have purchased my last five vehicles over the internet and then traveled to pick them up. Superior Honda told me they would only sell to local customers. Perhaps this is due to the shortage of new vehicles for sale however the Passport I inquired about has been at their dealership over two months. Surely local customers have had ample opportunity to purchase this vehicle. I e-mailed the manager and brought to his attention but received no response.

Deal was fine. Getting an attitude when not wanting to buy a warranty was disappointing. Also only filled the car with 1/2 tank of gas.
