I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership. Bob and Hamed (it was Hamed's first day) worked in tandem to provide a great experience. Both were patient and knowledgable with all of our questions. Barry was exceptional helpful at helping us work out the finances. Everyone we encountered at Fontana Nissan was a pleasure to work with. Keep up the excellent standard!!

Tamer Gerges was really understanding and despite hot...
Tamer Gerges was really understanding and despite hot temperatures, spent some quality time going through the setup for the bluetooth cell phone compatibility, settings etc... I would recommend Fontana Nissan to anyone for a quality experience. All the folks there were really friendly from the receptionists, to the finance manager, I felt welcomed and serviced honestly and thoroughly.

We had a STELLAR experience at Fontana Nissan! We walked in with no real expectation of being able to afford what we wanted, much less driving out in an AMAZINGLY beautiful Nissan Altima. Garrett and Al listened carefully to what we felt we could afford financially and never once pushed us to exceed what we were comfortably afford. After some time in the lot, my family came to the conclusion that there was really nothing we could afford; Garrett, however, refused to give up and found us EXACTLY what we had been looking for (with a few extras we were NOT expecting!). Al then stepped in and proceeded to work some MAJOR magic and found us the deal of a lifetime. The level of Customer Service we experienced with these two amazing individuals has made believers out of us and lifetime members of the Fontana Nissan family. Well done, Garrett and Al!

I just bought a Nissan Leaf. Being a 100% electric car, I needed to be walked through a lot of the setup. Lisa Salcido was really understanding and despite hot temperatures, spent some quality time going through the setup from the CarWings nav system, bluetooth cell phone compatibility, settings etc... I would recommend Fontana Nissan to anyone for a quality experience. All the folks there were really friendly from the receptionists, to the finance manager, I felt welcomed and serviced honestly and thoroughly.

Early this month we recieved a card in the mail saying...
Early this month we recieved a card in the mail saying that my wife had won a prize and that all we had to do was show up and claim it. On Sunday June 12th we went to Fontana Nissan to see what we had won. The prizes were a new 2011 Altima, $5000 cash, a big screen T.V., a diamond tennis bracelet, or a two night/three day stay in Las Vegas. We also had the opportunity to participate in a drawing for an $88 car. The car was a 2002 Ford Focus, with 155,000 miles on it. We won the stay in Vegas and decided to stay for the drawing. We also looked at used cars for my son. The drawing took place at 5:00 PM and low and behold we won the $88 Ford Focus. The people at the dealership were genuinely happy for us and treated us as if we had just bought a $40,000 370Z. We were told that they were going to thoroughly go over the car and we could pick it up later in the week. We went in on Friday, June 17th to pick up the car and was assisted by Aleska Davis. She helped us finish up the paperwork and showed us the finished car. The Focus had been detailed to perfection and it ran like a top. I just want to say that in all of my years of shopping for and buying cars, I have finally found a dealership that is friendly, honest and cares about the the individual. When I do need a new car, Fontana Nissan will be the first place I will go. They have earned my business, not because I won an $88 car, but because of their professional treatment of me and my family.

As frustrating as car buying can be I had a pretty nice experience at Fontana Nissan. I first dealt with Phil and then Omar. Omar was great he had a calming presence about him. He was not pushy as some salesmen are known to be. He answered all of my questions and explained every gadget in my new car before I left the lot.On top of that he helped deliver my new Sentra to my front door. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I'm glad I drove the distance to Fontana Nissan.

Great service, great price! Well worth the drive from Los Angeles! I worked with Danny in the Internet Department to order my Nissan Leaf. He was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all my needs. He spent quite a bit of time going over the car with me. He also took the time to prepare the documents needed for my CA rebate and to make sure I applied immediately. The entire dealership was clean and friendly. The free popcorn was a nice touch.
