LIES LIES and more LIES!

LIES LIES and more LIES!!! This place lies to you at first and says they'll take good care of you and then they completely ignore you! Garbage staff and garbage facility equal up to a manufacturer denying repairs and closing the case right away so you can't fight it. The engines crap out before 100k miles and then they blame you for neglect but I have proof of 4 oil changes done per year. Tech guy Larry, verbally told me "I'm sorry I promise I'm paying attention to you, but I'm failing these test I gotta take." No wonder you guys suck! His solution to my problem, I can get a refurbished engine for about $6,000. $12,000 if you want new. And what? Deal with your service center again? No thank you. I've owned 4 KIA's and I will never purchase another EVER AGAIN! Do not trust KIA Corporation and definitely 100% do NOT TRUST Premier KIA of Kenner!!!

Serviced a car that doesn't exist and kept a car over 6

Serviced a car that doesn't exist and kept a car over 6 hours and did no service on it that was brought in for service! Can anyone explain that? And submitted incorrected paperwork to us. Unprofessional manager! Rude and disrespectful. Walked away in the middle of a conversation!

Ray and Curbin worked step by step with us through a really complicated and stressful situation. Ray, especially, was just amazing, start to finish. I am TOTALLY SHOCKED to see the poor ratings. Unless something has remarkably changed at Premier, the old reviews couldn't be more different than my experience.

Best service

Great car, and it’s great service every time I come! I got a Kia Rio a few months ago and I absolutely am in love with it.

Thee worst service ever

Service was horrible. Didn’t get a call when my car was ready. When I call I got no answer. Call the next day and they told me it was ready instead of them calling me. The panel for my rear view mirror was ordered over a year ago and never got the call for that and the part they finally put on it isn’t the right size for my car. They have thee worst service and I will never buy another kia because of the service.

THE BEST DEALERSHIP PREMIER KIA KENNER

Premier Kia in kenner is the best place in louisiana to get a car they help is so super!!! they got me the car i wanted with no problem are excuses and i love the present there the hold store was nice i will recommend anybody thats read this to go there they have great car sales very respectful and i will recommend my sales Gloria too great women thanks premier kia kenner for my new 2023 kia soul i love it

Horrible once they have made the sale to you!

Horrible once they have made the sale to you! Had a great experience buying the car bc they want that sell, but I def. wont be back & I had planned on coming back next year & buying my other daughter a car & I had jus recommended someone I work with & she bought her suv there. I was lied to about oil changes & I just spoke to Duane & he is basically calling me a liar!! He said the first 2 oil changes are free & when I bought the car, I said I live over an hr away, do I have to come all the way back here for the oil change & he said no just call me when its time & I can transfer the oil changes to a Kia near you, after trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks, I did today & he said oh no I cant do that!! Why would I make this up & waste my time trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks if I didnt know what I had been told!!!! They do not care about you at all after the sale, idk why I am surprised!!

Don’t waste your time and money!

Would rate them zero stars if I could. Called asking about the Kia Carnival and was transferred to a sales associate to speak to. He said that had one coming in and gave me the “adjusted market price” for the vehicle. I called around to other dealerships and found that their price was over $7,000 more expensive than other dealerships. I called Premier Kia back to tell them that I found a better price and ask if they would match that price. The sales associate told me to come in and he was “sure we could work out a deal”. So I went during my work lunch break and checked in with the lady at the front who called the salesman. I waited 45 minutes and not a single person came up and spoke to me so I left. On my way back to work, I called the salesman and told him what happened and stated that I wanted them to tell me if they would match the price over the phone. He told me he would speak to him manager and call me right back. 3 hours later I still hadn’t heard back from him so I called again and he told me that they wouldn’t adjust the price at all. They made me wait 45 minutes on a promise that they would work a deal and didn’t follow through. Absolutely horrible customer service with extremely overpriced vehicles. Don’t waste your time and money!!!

Be very careful of the sales team especially Vito.

Be very careful of the sales team especially Vito. I would guess what they did would be counted as fraud. I signed an agreement with the car price listed on it which they took in the back to process. About 10 mins later salesman comes out and puts new paperwork in front of me with all new prices. When I asked about where the agreement I just signed was the salesman said they shredded it. I walked out sad thing is this would have been the second car i purchased from there.
