Very deceptive dealer
I found a vehicle online that was perfect. Was told by the online manager that submitting a credit app would secure the vehicle till I could get to dealership to finalize. No one ever called so two days later I call the salesman, Jason, and am told the app was approved but the vehicle was sold. I was not happy. He assured me, as well as the used car manager, that they would find a comparable vehicle with same terms. Went to dealer to hopefully finalize deal and was blown away by what I was presented with. Triple the car payment I had agreed to and double the vehicle price. I drove an hour to this dealer and they could care less that I wasn't happy and did nothing to help...not even an apology. I was misled and basically lied to on the phone simply to get me in the dealership. I will never go to any Autonation dealer nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Automation chevy for quick courteous service the business experience that went painless. I do like to throw in a little humor because you guys pulled in for me especially when my first Apr came through. You guys wanted to make sure I was a well pleased customer. You managed to get me a better rate and monthly payment doable for my monthly finances. You said you could do better and you did.. That what I call a person or company that does what they say. Like the old saying goes. I'll show you by my actions in what I say and do.. You guys are great.. Thank you for the professional integrity...

love my car buying experience....
I recently bought a 2008 50 anniversary Chevy Impala...my salesperson was Kimberly Mercado she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable as well as professional she got me everything I wanted plus more.... I would most definitely buy another car from them and send all my friends and family....

2015 Trax
The only thing is I wish we would have asked for cruise control and tinted windows, it would be nice to have these but I think we were rushed a little bit, please let me know if you are able to take care of these two items... George

Great time
Travis Hobbs is the best!!! David in the white shirt was very helpful and descriptive about pricing. Travis Hobbs, again, was so nice and funny and full of information. He really helped make my time there a better experience. Can't say enough about the experience and I already told my mom to go buy a new car here as well as my co-workers.

Ray Gammel, great service guy
very helpful on fixing 2006 corvette shifter, greased and worked it, did not replace shift handle and told me if problem consisted he would credit labor to new job, Ray Gammel was great!! first visit was great, Chris Sulio was kind enough to show me the new corvette while I waited for service

Best car buying experience yet
Jameson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I called, and continuously through the process. What I appreciate most is that he didn't try to push us in a direction we didn't want. He listened to what we were looking for, and found it. The trade in process was a breeze, I told them a reasonable number for our car, and they delivered. No back and forth haggling. A big thanks to Danielle as well. She was so friendly, relatable, and genuinely interested in making sure the process was going smoothly for us. Everyone in the dealership was genuine, friendly, and I never felt uncomfortable. It was a genuinely easy and fun car buying experience from start to finish. I might add that this was our FIFTH dealership, so we were that much more grateful when it went so well! Thank you!!
